St. Denis Medical Season 2 premieres on Monday, November 3, with two episodes back-to-back, and airs on NBC at 8/7c. The following day (Tuesday, November 4), episodes will be available to stream on Peacock. In addition, all of Season 1 is available to stream on Peacock if fans want to catch up or rewatch.

Peacock does not offer a free trial, so fans will have to pay for a subscription plan. The plans range from $10.99/month for Premium (with ads) and $16.99/month for Premium Plus (ad-free). Viewers can select a plan that suits them.

The beloved main cast from Season 1 will be back for the new season. Wendi McLendon-Covey returns as Joyce, the ambitious but slightly over-the-top executive director trying to keep the hospital afloat.

David Alan Grier reprises his role as Dr. Ron, the grumpy yet skilled emergency physician, Allison Tolman plays Alex, the caring and empathetic supervising nurse who often ends up being overworked, and Josh Lawson is back as Dr. Bruce, a confident trauma surgeon who occasionally lets his ego get the best of him.

Other cast members include Kahyun Kim as Serena, Mekki Leeper as Matt, and Kaliko Kauahi as Val. Interestingly, St. Denis Medical Season 2 will have several guest stars like Kristen Schaal, Frankie Quiñones, Lauren Weedman, Jeremiah Brown, Ariana Madix and Jonah Beckett.

The team still faces staffing shortages, internal conflicts, and burnout. The trailer of Season 2 teases some fun surprises, including the arrival of a therapy horse and a scene where Dr. Bruce discovers ChatGPT. Matt continues to pine for Serena, hoping to get closer to her; Dr. Ron might become obsessed with investment schemes; and Joyce could take up playing the marimbas.
