Surely Tomorrow release schedule: When do new episodes of the JTBC K-drama drop?

JTBC's upcoming K-drama, Surely Tomorrow, premieres this week and brings Park Seo-jun back to the screen after his hit K-drama, Gyeongseong Creature.

Surely Tomorrow is set to premiere on December 6, 2025. The K-drama will release two episodes every weekend at 10:40 p.m. on JTBC. For an International audience, it will also be available to watch on Prime Video.

Park Seo-jun's Surely Tomorrow will be released on Saturday, December 6, 2025. It will air on the JTBC network at 10:40 p.m. The K-drama, which consists of 12 episodes, will release the first two episodes this weekend, on Saturday and Sunday, and will follow the same schedule every weekend until January 11, 2026, when the series will wrap up.

The upcoming K-drama depicts a complex story of love. Park Seon-jun, in his comeback role, plays Lee Gyeong-do, who ends up meeting his ex-girlfriend several times. Gyeong-do and Ji-woo met when they were young and were each other's first love.

Their relationship did not work, and they broke up, but again went into a relationship, which did not last either. In the K-drama, they will meet again, but in very difficult circumstances. Gyeong-do, who now works as an entertainment reporter, is about to cover a scandal about a man's affair, who turns out to be Ji-woo's husband. This results in another chance meeting between the ex-lovers and complicates their love story further.

Along with Park Seo-jun, the upcoming K-drama also stars Won Ji-an, Lee Joo-young, Jeong Ha-jin, Lee El, Kim Mi-kyung, and Jo Min-gook, among several others.

The K-drama is directed by Im Hyun-wook, who is popularly known for his work in King the Land. According to Soompi, Hyun-wook shared his description of the elad characters and said:

"Lee Gyeong Do is like a deeply rooted tree that stands firm through any storm, while Seo Ji Woo is a candle flickering in the wind-fragile, yet radiant in her own way."

He further praised both the actors, Won Ji-an and Park Seo-jun, for their undeniable chemistry that brought a certain depth to their characters and how he captured different shades of it on the screen. Along with him, writer Yoo Young-ah also shared how they knew the moment they met Park Seo-jun that he would be the perfect Gyeong-do and stated:

"When I first met Park Seo Joon, the staff and I said, ‘We finally met Gyeong Do.’ We truly hoped he would become our Gyeong Do."

Along with JTBC, the K-drama can also be watched by an international audience, as it will also be available to watch on Prime Video. However, the release timings will vary based on the time zones.
