The End of an Era, a six-episode docuseries trailer, promises a treat for the Swifties in the upcoming holiday season as it provides fans a glimpse into what went on behind the scenes of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour. The trailer also hints that it will delve a bit deeper into the singer's personal life, as we see her share moments with Travis Kelce, the football player.

However, the six-part docuseries is not the only Taylor Swift project releasing next month. A different cut of the Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour movie will be released the same day as the docuseries, December 12, 2025. The promise of a glimpse into Swift's personal life is why Swifties are hypes for The End of an Era.

The End of an Era is set to feature Taylor Swift's romantic partner, Travis Kelce:

The trailer, released on November 13, 2025, offers a glimpse into what viewers can expect from the docuseries. It will explore how Swift decided which songs to mash up, her work ethic, and what the people who have worked with Taylor Swift have to say about her. But what gives The End of an Era its edge is that the docuseries makers had permission from Swift to explore her guarded private life.

The trailer heavily hints that the docuseries will delve heavily into her relationship with her now-fiancé, Travis Kelce. For those who don't know, Swift and Kelce began dating in 2023 and got engaged this August. The six-part docuseries will give fans a look into Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's relationship and the quirks, something that has not happened in the past.

"The End of an Era is an illuminating docuseries on Disney+ that gives an intimate look at Taylor’s life as her tour made headlines and thrilled fans around the world. In addition, the series features Gracie Abrams, Sabrina Carpenter, Travis Kelce, Ed Sheeran, and Florence Welch, along with her band, dancers, crew, and family members – offering never-before-seen insight into what it took to create a phenomenon. Two episodes will debut each week beginning December 12."

An alternate cut of Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour also releases the same day:

In addition to the docuseries, those who enjoyed 2023's Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour can watch a new cut of the hit concert movie. This new cut, releasing the same day as The End of an Era, will feature an act from The Tortured Poets Department, an album released after the concert movie.

"The concert film from the 14-time GRAMMY®-winning artist in its entirety for the first time, which includes the song “cardigan” and four additional acoustic songs. The history-making, cinematic experience from Taylor Swift and directed by Sam Wrench, grossed more than $260 million worldwide at the global box office, making it the top selling concert film of all-time."

The six-episode docuseries and alternate version of Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour promise a holiday treat for the Swifties this December. Until then, you can watch the 2023 version of the concert movie on Disney+.
