The Amazing Race Season 38 Episode 5 aired on October 22, 2025. The latest episode of the CBS show featured the remaining teams traveling to Croatia.
The episode ended with Hannah Chaddha and Simone Chaddha's elimination. The two sisters were sent home after they arrived last.
Additionally, Tucker and Eric Des Lauriers were the first team to arrive at the destination, once again. After an interesting competition during the race cart between Kristine and Simone, the former managed to complete it within the given time.

The Amazing Race Season 38 Episode 5: Hannah and Simone Chaddha get eliminated after they arrive last
Recently released The Amazing Race Season 38 Episode 5, titled Wanna Be a Little Angry Right Now featured nine remaining teams moving forward in the race.
This includes:
- Tucker and Eric,
- Jas and Jag,
- Kyland and Taylor,
- Joseph and Adam,
- Jack and Chelsie,
- Natalie and Stephanie,
- Izzy and Paige,
- Hannah and Simone, and
- Kristine and Rubina.
The episode featured a Double U-Turn after which all the teams took the same flight to reach Croatia. Later in the episode, Jas and Jag chose Izzy and Paige, while Joseph and Adan chose Kristine and Rubina for the U-turn.
Further in the episode, teams faced a Road Block. Participants had to build a racing cart and take it to the race. The race was supposed to be completed in 36 seconds. Tucker and Eric were the first ones to complete and head to the Pit Stop.
Other teams, including Izzy and Paige, along with Kristine and Rubina, were still on the second part of the Detour. A few others struggled while building their race carts.
Things got exciting on The Amazing Race when Chelsie, Simone, Paige, and Kristine competed against each other during the race cart challenge. Simone could not build her race cart, which resulted in her being among the last remaining contestants.
Simone somehow managed to build her cart, but soon it fell apart. She had to rebuild it from scratch. Chelsie managed to get it done under 36 seconds after multiple attempts. She then left for the Pit Stop. Simone was ready, once again, with her rebuilt race cart. Fellow participant Paige also got the task done under the time limit and left.
The last two remaining participants were Simone and Kristine. The latter got emotional after struggling through the current task. However, after facing struggles to finish it in 36 seconds, The Amazing Race's Kristine managed to come through.

As a result, Kristine and Rubina were the eighth team to reach the Pit Stop, while Hannah and Simone were the last team. It meant the end of the road for Hannah and Simone.
