Daryl and Carol are officially back in AMC+'s The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon Season 3, which aired its premiere episode on September 7. In the Season 2 finale, while young Laurent and Ash were flying to America, Daryl and Carol made their way to England. However, England was unlike how they imagined, as London was also another dead city on the map.

The final moments of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, Season 3, Episode 1 finally brought our protagonists to Spain, the setting for the new season. But their arrival is far from pleasant, as Carol is extremely concussed, and their new friend has already turned into a Walker.

The new season promises a new adventure in a foreign land, as Carol and Daryl will fight for survival while seeking a life beyond their post-apocalyptic struggles.

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, Season 3 Episode 2 will air on AMC on September 14, 2025. You can also stream the new episodes on AMC+, which is home to The Walking Dead and all other spin-offs in the franchise.

More on this in our story.

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon Season 3 Episode 2: Release and streaming details

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, Season 3, Episode 2, titled "La Ofrenda" (The Offering), will air on AMC on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time and 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

For streaming, AMC+ is the best option to watch new episodes of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon Season 3. AMC+ offers various monthly and annual plans, starting at $ 7 per month (with ads) and $10/month (without ads).

The upcoming episode will begin a new quest for Daryl to hunt for his friend Carol, who went missing from a foreign land, in the final moments of Episode 1. Since Season 3 is essentially set in Spain, the duo will continue to fight against the living and dead Spaniards in the recent installment in The Walking Dead universe.

After they arrived in Spain, Daryl noticed a group of men wearing animal skulls on their heads, which hinted at danger and barbarity. The episode title (The Offering) hints that Daryl Dixon might have to do some bartering with his new hosts to save his friend Carol.

Daryl and Carol met England's last surviving man in The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, Season 3, Episode 1

The first episode of Season 3 saw Daryl and Carol reach the dead city of London, and they were soon stranded in an apartment surrounded by a horde of walkers. While the duo believed that London had no surviving humans, they met Julian Chamberlain, a British man who managed to survive all these years without any human contact.

While the friends initially did not believe Julian, the mention of his boat instilled hope, and they convinced Julian to sail to America with them. The plan had potential on the surface, but once they set sail, neither of them knew how to navigate the boat. They still took turns to navigate until they were hit by a brutal storm and heavy rain, which washed them onto the shore of a foreign land.

Daryl and a badly concussed Carol woke up on the shore to realise that Julian had turned into a Walker. After giving his body to the water, Carol saw a sign ("Costa da Morte"), which confirmed that they had landed in Spain. While the duo managed to find a remote cabin, Daryl had to leave his friend to fetch food and water. When he returned to their new home in The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon Season 3 Episode 1, Carol was nowhere to be found. She had either wandered off in her concussed state, or worse, somebody had abducted her.
