The Walking Dead: Dead City Season 2 Episode 5, titled The Bird Always Knows is set to drop on June 1, 2025. A new trailer for the same shows the intense storyline that this episode is going to follow.
Ahead of the release of the new episode, AMC has, via WotNot, released a trailer for The Walking Dead: Dead City Season 2 Episode 5, which shows Negan trying to convince Christos, the last holdout of Manhattan.
In the previous episode, Negan was seen to be blackmailing Bruegel into joining the alliance of Dama, and in the latest trailer, Bruegel has arrived at Central Park. A lot of chaos ensues in the trailer, which hints at massive things that might be happening in the upcoming episode.
The Walking Dead: Dead City Season 2 Episode 5 trailer promises some big changes
One of the most interesting parts of The Walking Dead: Dead City Season 2 Episode 5 trailer was how Lucia turned against the Foragers and apparently destroyed their house as well. She demanded that Negan be brought to her, and the fact that she turned on the Foragers shows that some massive changes are about to come in the show.
Besides Lucia, several other characters of The Walking Dead: Dead City Season 2 also appeared to be involved in some kind of chaos or other in the trailer for episode 5. Maggie is seen to be fighting with someone in the forest, though it is not clear who the other person is.
The trailer also shows Negan and Lucille killing a zombie on the streets, which further adds to the madness. Bruegel’s arrival at Central Park is also highlighted as it shows that he does not have much faith in Dama and arrived there himself to see how things are actually going.
Another interesting thing that the trailer shows is Ginny aiming her gun at someone. This person remains off-screen, so the identity of the person cannot be said with certainty. However, given the fact that Ginny now knows that Negan had killed her father in the first season of The Walking Dead: Dead City, and she definitely wants Negan dead, it might be him that she is pointing her gun at.
With all these chaotic events coming together in a single episode, it can be said with certainty that Manhattan might be in the process of going through some major changes, and the audience is in for a thrilling ride while witnessing those happening.
The Walking Dead: Dead City can be streamed on Netflix.
