Tulsa King Season 3 might enjoy a huge following, but it has not been able to surpass the viewership of a hit animated series, which is making waves around the world for the last few weeks.

We are talking about South Park. The satirical comedy series, which has aired several controversial episodes in its 27th season, is currently the most-streamed show on Paramount+, beating Tulsa King Season 3.

The Sylvester Stallone starrer crime drama returned with its new season on September 21, 2025, while South Park Season 27 has been airing new episodes sporadically since July 23, 2025.

South Park beats Tulsa King Season 3 to become the number one show on Paramount+

As per FlixPatrol, South Park is the most-watched show on Paramount+ at the moment, followed by Tulsa King. While the latter has a massive fan following and is one of the most-talked-about crime dramas of recent times, South Park has likely dethroned it with its controversies.

Since the new season’s premiere in July, the show has consistently taken digs at President Donald Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, and other political figures, which has made it a hot topic of discussion among the audience.

What makes South Park’s Paramount+ ranking even more special is that new episodes of the show are dropped on the streaming platform a day after their television broadcast on Comedy Central. On the other hand, Tulsa King is a streaming exclusive that releases new episodes directly on Paramount+.

The two shows are followed by NCIS at number three and Yellowstone at number four. Other series in the top 10 list include SpongeBob SquarePants, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, Dexter, Lioness, MobLand, and The King of Queens.

Created by Taylor Sheridan, Tulsa King revolves around Dwight Manfredi, who sets up a criminal gang in Tulsa and gains control over the city after being released from a New York prison. Despite lagging behind South Park, the show is a major success, which is the reason why it has already been renewed for a fourth season.

Meanwhile, a spin-off series, NOLA King, starring Samuel L. Jackson, is also in the works at Paramount+. The original series stars Sylvester Stallone as Dwight Manfredi, along with Martin Starr as Bohdi Geigerman, Andrea Savage as Stacy Bealem, Vincent Piazza as Vince Antonacci, Garrett Hedlund as Mitch Keller, Max Casella as Manny Truisi, and Jay Will as Tyson Mitchell.

Coming to South Park, the show has been on air since 1997 and tells the story of four boys, Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, Eric Cartman, and Kenny McCormick, who reside in the titular town and go on various adventures. The show has always been known for its social and political satire and for raising some important issues.

The 27th season of the series premiered in July this year and has so far aired five episodes. The rest of the episodes follow a bi-weekly release schedule starting October 15, and the season is expected to conclude on December 10, 2025.
