This Squid Game Season 3 actor will play the next ghost client on Oh My Ghost Clients

Netflix’s Squid Game Season 3 is set to be released on June 27, 2025, concluding Gi-hun’s story. The final season will pick up where it left off in season 2 and bring back all the players who survived the game in the previous season. Other than Lee Jung-jae’s Gi-hun, several important players such as Myung-gi, Dae-ho, the mother-son duo, Geum-ja and Yong-sik, among others, have survived and will be seen in Squid Game Season 3.

While we wait for the new season, we can also check out the other new shows by these actors, such as Kang Ha-neul’s Tastefully Yours. Besides Ha-neul, another actor will be seen in a new show called Oh My Ghost Clients, starring Hospital Playlist’s Jung Kyung-ho. Kang Ae-shim, who plays Jang Geum-ja, will be seen in the next episode of Oh My Ghost Client.

The show revolves around a labor attorney who solves work-related issues that have killed the wandering ghosts who seek his help. Ae-shim will play the next ghost client of Kyung-ho’s No Mu-jin.

Squid Game Season 3’s Ae-shim will be seen on Oh My Ghost Clients

In the next episode of Oh My Ghost Clients, Mu-jin will have to solve a case involving one of his mother’s deceased friends and a colleague’s case. Ae-shim will play a custodian, a maintenance worker, who might have been stressed about the pressure of clearing the written exams for her job.

In the preview of the next episode, it is seen that Ae-shim’s character is being scolded by their instructor for not getting a good score on her test and is warned of losing her job. Mu-jin is then seen talking to the other workers, asking them not to take the tests, and also leading a protest to get rid of the tests with the angry employees.

However, this is not the first time a Squid Game actor has appeared in the show, as in the premiere episode, Anupam Tripathi, who was in Squid Game season 1, also appeared and played a crucial role in solving Min-hyuk’s case.

Therefore, Ae-shim is the second actor from the hit Netflix show who will appear with her character’s emotional story in Oh My Ghost Client. The episode with Ae-shim will premiere on June 13, 2025, on MBC at 9.50 p.m. KST. It will also be available on several other platforms like Netflix and Rakuten Viki.

Ae-shim’s character Geum-ja was introduced in the previous season of the Netflix series. She entered the game to help her son pay off his debt and was surprised to see him in the game as well. After seeing the brutality of the game, she became one of Gi-hun’s allies who wanted to get out of the game.

However, just like many others, she has to continue playing the game in Squid Game Season 3. It is not revealed if she will survive the end or not, but having her character, who takes care of Jo Yu-ri due to her pregnancy, has been one of the highlights of the show.

Other than Geum-ja being back, Squid Game Season 3 will also bring Gi-hun and the Front Man face-to-face, which is also teased by the trailer, raising the anticipation for the new season.
