The shocking reveal of Theodore Chips' identity was surely one of the highest points of Netflix's FUBAR Season 2 finale.

The comedy-action drama series returned for a second chapter in the lives of secret CIA operative Luke Brunner and his daughter Emma.

While the twist reveal that Chips was terrorist Dante Cress all along was shocking, Boro's death (in Season 1) still remains one of the most iconic twists of the show. While Emma and Luke seemingly trapped the FUBAR Season 1 antagonist and arms dealer in the nuclear reactor facility, he did not die.

Instead, he crashed Tally's wedding at the church, resulting in an action-packed finale with explosions and shooting, which finally featured Boro's second and final death.

More on Boro's death in FUBAR Season 1 in our story.

FUBAR Season 1: Emma and Luke left Boro to die in the nuclear reactor facility

The Season 1 finale began with high stakes for Luke as he searched for Emma and Boro, who were both trapped in the latter's nuclear reactor facility, where he was working on a suitcase nuke.

While everyone warned Luke that there were only minutes before the facility would explode, he was adamant about finding his daughter. The finale saw Luke spot Emma and Boro in the facility, but with only minutes to spare.

After Luke gave Boro his word that he would also save him, Boro pushed Emma to the surface and she was safely rescued by her father. However, after Luke realised that Boro would only come after them if he let him live, he decided not to save him.

In the FUBAR Season 1 finale, Luke pushed Emma towards him and saved her just in time, leaving Boro trapped in the facility, which soon exploded, seemingly taking the Season 1 antagonist with it.

Does Boro die in FUBAR Season 1?

While Luke and Emma left him to his fate, fans were still wondering whether Boro dies in FUBAR Season 1? All suspicions were cleared immediately when Boro rose from the dead and crashed Tally's wedding in the church.

After believing that Boro is dead, Luke rushed to the Church to win over his ex-wife, who was marrying her boyfriend. While Luke tried to convince Tally that he had left his dangerous and secretive life as a spy behind, there was no going back for the couple.

Luke even showed his Distinguished Service Medal to prove to Tally that he has left his life behind. However, just as the couple was trying to mend their ways again, an explosion went off and a shooting started, confirming Boro was alive in Season 1 after all.

He enters the church with a burned face, with his men and pistols flying all over to seek revenge from Luke and Emma for leaving him behind to die. He takes Tally at gunpoint and asks Luke and Emma to kill each other and only then will he leave her.

While Luke and Emma pretend to play along, the former smartly reminds Tally about his sharp medal, which she used to stab Boro and free herself from his clutch along the way. After Tally was out of harm's way, Luke and Emma shot their guns at Boro, plunging the antagonist to his second death.

FUBAR Season 1 concluded with an explosive ending, which featured not one but two deaths of the antagonist.
