Typhoon Family episode 6 recap: Tae-poong finally rescues Park and offers help

Episode 6 of Typhoon Family starts with Tae-poong rescuing Park from the loan sharks, only to hear him say that he's one day late in finding him. The moment is a bit hilarious, and later Tae-poong drops him off. However, Park refuses to go inside as his deaf daughter might stress out seeing him all injured and with a swollen face.
Park asks the lady for some makeup, and that's when Tae-poong comes up with an idea. The three surprise Park's daughter with a cake and warm wishes. The little girl is happy to see her father dressed up as Santa Claus, and even thanks Tae-poong for the hearing machine she has now, which has made her Christmas special.
Tae-poong feels happy to see Park and his daughter finally able to celebrate. He then rings Mi-seon and asks if there's any hope left in the work they do. Mi-seon gives a meaningful and poetic reply: just because stars aren’t visible all the time doesn’t mean they don’t exist.

Mi-seon thinks this is a huge mistake and confronts him, doubting how they could possibly sell so many pairs. Mi-seon questions Tae-poong's strategy as he claims there are a lot of opportunities, even if exporting the shoes has become challenging.
Meanwhile, Tae-poong's mother is trying to earn money. She doesn't want to be a burden on Mi-seon's family, so she takes up the tailoring work. The employer scolded Jeong-mi for not being skilled and asked her to arrive a bit earlier than others.
This way, she might be able to fulfill the requirement and not get fired from work. Despite the challenges, Jeong-mi is happy that she earned some money and can contribute to Mi-seon's house.

Later in episode 6 of Typhoon Family, Park tried to run away once again. However, Ae-poong caught him and made Park realize that running from problems is never a solution. Park agrees, and the realization brings him back to Tae-poong's team.
Even Mi-seon realizes that Tae-poong is under pressure, and she must do everything to help him and the company. After reconciling, Tae-poong promises never to lie to Mi-seon, but he didn't tell her about risking his eyesight for the deal.
Tae-poong then comes up with a marketing strategy. He asks Song-jung to film a video as he walks on broken glass with the shoes on, highlighting the quality of the footwear to attract customers.
The video is then circulated among businesses, and Tae-poong finally secures the deal. Thanks to Mi-seon, who knew English and was able to represent Typhoon Trading and the recent product they're offering.
When the deal is finally signed, Tae-poong gets emotional and tells his late father about his first sale. However, their situation gets challenging when Tae-poong learns that the company is blacklisted and the goods cannot be exported.
Tae-poong gets angry and confronts the thugs who have been causing trouble in his business. Mi-seon learns about them, but she focuses on helping Tae-poong first, and they craft a plan: to ship their goods along with containers carrying imported and exported fish.
Still, their future remains uncertain as the plan met complications. Episode 6 of Typhoon Family ends without revealing if Tae-poong will be able to sell those shoes.
