Were you just as disappointed with Colton from Farmer Wants a Wife as I was?

Colton Hendricks has been a disappointment for me since Farmer Wants a Wife aired their season 3 finale. Who goes on a show that connects you to women who wish to get married and settle with you, and then decide that it is going too fast, and you do not wish to marry yet? Colton does.

Seeing Keeley so sure of their relationship in the penultimate episode and feeling as if she was ready to settle down with him on the farm, in Mena, Arkansas, and to see him ditch her the next second was devastating.

But come to think of it, he and Zoe truly suit each other. They both do not want to get married anytime soon and have a long-distance relationship.

However, I have another bone to pick with Colton. The fact that he used his son as an excuse to break up with Keeley was a blatant lie and an attempt to hide himself behind a false sentiment.

Colton Hendricks lied to Keeley while breaking up on the Farmer Wants a Wife season 3 finale

Keeley, who has always been understanding of him and his situation, told the cameras that she was on board with Colton keeping his son as the priority. However, this was never the case. He was not genuine with her because if he had been, the prediction that Keeley's parents made about him would have proved to be right.

Yes, Keeley's parents (I wish everyone had folks who can see right through a person) had a premonition that Colton is not ready to marry. And they were right. Keeley did not believe them but laid her doubts out in the open with him when the two were alone together.

He assured her that she has nothing to worry about and that he is quite ready to find the perfect partner who is a "step-mom" figure to his son, Souther. He also wanted a wife who would take care of them both, and later, he wanted a "football-team-sized family." And that is why you pick a career woman. Gotcha!

The biggest red flag, which I, along with a lot of Farmer Wants a Wife viewers, felt was how Colton would ask everyone for a kiss. He just kept on kissing all his matches, which was outright strange.

I don't have anything against Zoe, and I respect her, however, I feel bad for Keeley. The girl deserved the truth from someone she thought she might marry one day.

Colton lacked accountability and honesty. If you are breaking up with someone, please have the decency to tell them the truth and the whole reason behind it instead of using your son as a prop for sympathy.

Farmer Wants a Wife spoiler alert, or is it? Zoe and Colton have not married yet. It is not even confirmed if they are still together, however, Zoe posted pictures of them after the Farmer Wants a Wife season 3 finale aired.

These were normal pictures and don't seem to establish anything. Zoe is living in Florida right now, where she is a nurse, while Colton is at the farm. It looks like they are still in a relationship, but nothing can be said for sure.
