Netflix's comedy-action series FUBAR returned with Season 2, featuring many supporting actors from Season 1, including actress Barbara Eve Harris.
The Canadian actress is best known for her role as FBI Agent Felicia Lang on Prison Break. She has also appeared in many other projects, including Netflix's Messiah (Katherine Bailey), HBO's Sharp Objects (Eileen Curry) and in the recurring role of Emma Crowley in the hit NBC procedural Chicago P.D.
Barbara Eve Harris played the role of a CIA regional director, Dot, in FUBAR Season 1. She also reprised her character in Season 2, but her character was fatally shot in Episode 1 while saving Luke (Arnold Schwarzenegger).

Exploring Barbara Eve Harris' character in FUBAR
Actress Barbara Eve Harris played the character of Dot Okoye in FUBAR, a regional CIA director and one of Luke's oldest friends. In both seasons of the comedy show, she is involved in high-stakes missions involving terrorists. She helped Luke and Emma neutralize potential threats by providing them with the necessary intel.
In Season 1, Dot is one of the directors assigned to retrieve Luke's daughter, Emma Brunner, from a dangerous arms dealer. This got her directly involved in the show's main plotline with Boro Polonia, the primary antagonist in Season 1.
While Dot tries her best to help Luke and his team locate Emma, she eventually gets fed up with his dysfunctional team. Eventually, it is Luke who finds Emma and Boro trapped in a nuclear power plant, which was about to explode in seconds. While Luke rescues his daughter, he leaves Boro to die, who later returns to exact revenge at Tally's wedding.
Barbara Eve Harris also reprised her character (in a guest capacity) in FUBAR Season 2. She appeared in the first episode, warning Luke about the biggest looming threat to humanity, Dante Cress.
Dot gave some much-needed intel on Dante, including his master plan to reset the world by killing 90% of the total population. In the FUBAR Season 2 premiere, Dot gave Luke a drive about Dante and some encrypted messages her team retrieved from Greta Code.
She needed Luke's team's help in decoding the message and just when she was about to provide more intel, she noticed a truck driving towards them. While Dot pushed and saved Luke, she was fatally shot in the chest, which eventually put the mission's responsibility into Luke's hands.
While Dot was a minor character in Season 2, her death prompted the events in the sophomore season, where Luke and his team began searching for Dante Cress, who is eventually revealed to be none other than Theodore Chips, the man who claimed to have changed and was also working with Luke's team.
In the FUBAR Season 2 finale, Emma traps Dante in his own missile and he dies after the explosion, bringing his character arc to a conclusion. Later, the CIA discovers Dot's body, confirming that Harris will likely not reprise her character in future seasons.
