David's journey from a humble Bethlehem shepherd to Israel's future king in House of David Season 2 found a new streaming home in Wonder Project on Prime Video. While the freshman outing of this popular biblical series premiered on Prime Video, the second season is exclusively streaming on the new channel.

Wonder Project, a new subscription channel on Prime Video, is an American Faith-based and independent film and television studio established by Kelly Merryman Hoogstraten and Jon Erwin (the latter also created House of David). The newly launched streaming channel will premiere courageous stories that will inspire hope and restore faith.

The add-on service will provide a holistic viewing experience for families and produce family-friendly content that instills faith and hope. The success of House of David inspired Erwin and Hoogstraten to establish Wonder Project, which is described as:

''We seek to entertain our growing audience with courageous stories that restore faith in things worth believing in. Great films and TV shows bring families, friends and communities together and drive meaningful connection in a world that is craving connection right now.'' said Kelly Merryman Hoogstraten at its official press release

More on this in our story.

All about Wonder Project: The official destination of House of David Season 2

After garnering positive reviews and 40 million viewers in more than 240 countries (for Season 1) on Prime Video, House of David Season 2 has a new streaming destination on the Wonder Project channel. It's only befitting that this biblical historical series is the first project under Prime Video's latest Christian entertainment powerhouse. As the founder of this project and the creator of House of David, Jon Erwin said during the press release:

“Our audience is underserved and craves a destination they can trust with exceptional originals and curated movies and TV shows. With the new subscription on Prime Video, we will be delivering all of that and more."

The Faith-based subscription channel can be added to your existing Prime Video subscription for $8.99/month. This will provide you with access to 1000 hours of family-friendly TV shows and movies. Additionally, the service will also provide you with early access to content produced under this project.

In this modern streaming era, where a majority of TV shows are unfit for a young audience, Wonder Project comes to the rescue. Chief Executive Officer Hoogstraten assures that the project aims to bring families and communities together by providing them with stories of hope and faith. The original content produced under the project will add a meaningful diversity to Prime Video's existing library and give its audiences something worth streaming together with their families.
