The Lincoln Lawyer premiered in May 2022 on Netflix and has been one of its popular shows, with three seasons already available on the streaming platform. It tells the story of Mickey Haller, played by Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, who acquires Jerry Vincent’s practice after his unfortunate death and becomes the new defense lawyer for his clients. He is often seen practising from his chauffeur-driven SUV, the Lincoln Navigator.
Garcia-Rulfo’s character, Mickey Haller, is created by Michael Connelly and introduced through his novel of the same name. But Haller isn’t the only popular character that came out of his books, as he has also introduced the popular LAPD detective Harry Bosch through his crime fiction novels. While both characters are popular and have even solved cases together in the novels, there was always a lingering question of whether these fan favorite characters would unite in the TV show as well.
And it's not just the viewers, as recently, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo shared that he would love to share screen with Harry Bosch, played by Titus Welliver. In a Collider interview, Garcia-Rulfo said:
"Because I always wanted to meet Titus, he came to visit one day on set and it was perfect. It was so cool. I would love to work with him, but I guess it’s impossible. It would be amazing though. I haven’t even done the approach of, ‘Hey, guys, do you think we could do it?’ I guess it would be impossible, but that would be so cool."
For the unversed, it would be highly unlikely that the crossover happens since both shows stream on different platforms.

The Lincoln Lawyer’s Manuel Garcia-Rulfo wants to work with Bosch's Tom Welliver
The Bosch series starring Titus Welliver as the popular detective premiered in 2014 and concluded in 2021, which made way for the sequel, Bosch: Legacy, which came out in 2022 and concluded after three seasons in 2025. Just like The Lincoln Lawyer, Bosch is also adapted from Michael Connelly novels, are is among the fan favorite shows.
As mentioned, The Lincoln Lawyer’s Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, who plays Mickey Haller, half-brother of Welliver’s Harry Bosch, talked about having a crossover episode where they both could meet. During his interview for his new film, Jurassic World Rebirth with Collider, Garcia-Rulfo talked about the crossover and how he wants to do it.
He further talked about even having Welliver appear in the background of his show, The Lincoln Lawyer, and said:
"Yeah, we thought about that, to have him walking in the halls of court and Mickey just looking at him."
In the novels, Haller and Bosch do appear together several times, for instance in The Brass Verdict, where Bosch warns Haller to cooperate with the investigation as he might be the next victim after Vincent's death. But for the shows, as mentioned above, it might be impossible as both stream on different platforms, with The Lincoln Lawyer streaming on Netflix and the Bosch series on Prime Video.
