With each new episode, the SBS and Disney+ rom-com, Would You Marry Me keeps fans thrilled and excited about Me-ri and Woo-joo's love story. The K-drama has completed half of its run with Jung So-min and Choi Woo-shik as the main couple.
The story began as a fake marriage between Woo-joo and Me-ri, followed by Woo-joo discovering that Me-ri is the girl from his childhood whom he has been searching for. This big revelation has ignited true feelings in him, and now Woo-joo is incredibly happy to be around Me-ri.
Fans are enjoying the K-drama as it has fun elements, a heartfelt story, and corporate drama when it comes to Woo-joo's company. In the story so far, Me-ri's ex-fiancé, Wu-ju, is back and is now curious to find out who Me-ri's new boyfriend is.
However, Me-ri cannot spill the truth as she needs the house until the company transfers the ownership to her. The episode features a confrontation between the two and Woo-joo's confession to Me-ri.
Would You Marry Me episode 6 recap: Me-ri encounters her ex-fiancé

In Episode 6 of Would You Marry Me, Me-ri and Woo-joo almost shared a kiss, but she pulled him away as her ex-fiancé, Wu-joo, shows up in front of their house and is suspicious about her. Me-ri tells Woo-joo that her ex is watching and he might cause trouble in their plan.
Wu-ju then rings the doorbell but receives no answer. Thanks to his cat, Elizabeth, who was about to jump outside the car, forcing Wu-ju to come back and believe he had misunderstood the woman he had just seen.
Later, Me-ri reveals that she did receive a call from her ex once he got back to Korea. The conversation leads Woo-joo to suggest that she should simply tell Wu-joo everything, and might even help her negotiate through all this to save her property.
But Me-ri refuses to do so as she doesn't want to rely on Wu-ju again. She knows that he has lost everything, and that's the only reason why Wu-ju is trying to get back with her. Me-ri continues to focus on her work at the company, and her design ideas receive strong praise from the team.
However, she once again has to face Wu-ju and witness his drama. Wu-ju pleads with Me-ri to come back into his life, but she strongly refuses. Me-ri says that her feelings are gone, and he must stay away from him. When she tells Woo-joo about this encounter, he grows more jealous of him.

A crisis hits the marketing team in episode 6 of the Would You Marry Me K-drama
The sixth episode of Would You Marry Me continues, and when everything at the company seemed to be going well, a sudden crisis hits the marketing team. The greeting cards included in their gift boxes feature poems written by a monk who recently became famous, but then news breaks that the same monk has been arrested.
The team starts panicking as they realize that this scandal will have a huge impact on their sales. Me-ri uses her quick thinking and help the team stop the delivery truck and remove the cards before customers receive the boxes.
After the chaos settles in, Would You Marry Me episode 6, Me-ri opens up to Woo-joo again, admitting how much she dislikes having to deal with her ex. Woo-joo reassures her that he’s willing to continue pretending to be her husband for as long as it takes.
Later, Wu-ju follows Me-ri to her house and accuses her of cheating on him. He questions Me-ri about the house, and initially thinks that Me-ri is now working as a housekeeper after losing everything. He then forcefully enters the house and tries to learn about the owner.
Me-ri tries to stop him and fears that he might see her and Woo-joo's wedding photograph. Me-ri keeps trying, and their confrontation leads to Wu-ju getting hurt. She takes him to the hospital and informs Woo-joo that a friend has been hospitalized and that she needs to look after him.

Later, Woo-joo visits the hospital and sees that the friend Me-ri is taking care of is none other than her ex, Wu-ju. Me-ri explains that she didn't want Woo-joo to help her in this, as she's always depending on him.
When she asks what made him so angry, Woo-joo confesses that he likes Me-ri. Woo-joo reveals that he dislikes seeing her with Wu-ju and that she should keep her distance from him.
Before this happened, Woo-joo was seen bringing coffee to Han-gu's office. The drink gets spilled, and at this moment, Woo-joo sees a document, suspecting that it will get Han-gu in trouble. Since he didn't know much about it, Woo-joo stayed silent until he found out more about it.
