Geary's got the story

A General Hospital spokesperson has confirmed and denied a rumor swirling around the 'net about Anthony Geary (Luke Spencer). How is that possible?


Geary submitted an outline for a storyline to the show. The writers of General Hospital were apparently quite pleased with the storyline outline and decided to buy the idea from the Emmy-winning actor. It is assumed that the storyline idea involves Geary's character, Luke Spencer, but that has neither been confirmed nor denied by the show.


This storyline idea is said to be a one-time deal and Geary is not joining the show's writing team. Some Internet postings claimed that the actor was going to pull double-duty by both writing for and starring in the soap.
