Many Llanview residents received invitations to the reading of Colin's will. At Sam's house, Lindsay was jolted to learn that she, Sam, and Jen had been named beneficiaries of his will. All contemplated their next course of action as Lindsay attempted to sway everyone from attending. Lanie arrived with an identical invitation, and Will received his invite at the loft. In her house, Nora suggested to Sam that Colin had presented a final opportunity for everyone to learn the truth. Meanwhile, inside the Cherryvale Inn, a mystery man arranged the reading of Colin's will.

Gabrielle told Asa that Blair's baby would keep their scheme from coming to fruition. But an adamant Asa responded that, baby or not, Gabrielle must seduce Max. Meanwhile, Todd didn't believe Blair was in pain so he exited, leaving Blair practically incapacitated. Todd blasted Viki, convinced that Viki encouraged Blair to put on an act. Viki chastised Todd in return, while a desperate Blair phoned Asa's mansion looking for Max. Gabrielle picked up the phone, but hung up on Blair when she learned of the peril that threatened Blair's unborn child. Later, Blair was still alone and in distress when she saw Gabrielle standing over her.

At the Break Bar, Cristian remained the object of female adoration as they continued to swarm around the computer to catch a glimpse of him on Chad prevented Cristian from almost discovering the website by initiating a conversation about Jen. Cristian told Chad that he had a big date planned with Jen this evening. However, Jen was forced to cancel the date in order to deal with Colin's will. At the start of his non-date with Jessica, Seth felt strange being back in Llanfair. Jessica introduced Seth to Viki, but left out his history as Llanfair's arsonist. Later, Seth surprised Jessica with a kiss.

Nora, Sam, Lanie, Will, and Jen planned to attend Colin's will reading, but Lindsay refused. R.J. received a visit from Lindsay, who was panicked over the contents of Colin's will. R.J. told Lindsay that he also received an invite and convinced her that there was no immediate danger in attending Colin's will reading. Lindsay contemplated leaving town, but R.J. talked her out of it. Nora relived torturous memories of Colin, and Sam attempted to comfort her before walking into Colin's will reading at the Cherryvale Inn. Everyone received a shock when Colin appeared on a video screen -- he had recorded his will.

Max told Al that he was marrying Blair. Al doubted that Max would keep his promises to his new wife and child because he has a bad track record when it comes to keeping his word. Max apologized to Al for not being a good father to him, but assured Al that no matter what, he has always loved him. Their conversation was interrupted when Gabrielle called with the news that Blair was in distress.

In Todd's limo, Starr remained angry at her mother and told Todd that she never wanted to see Blair again. Uneasy that Blair may have been telling the truth about being in pain, Todd ordered his driver to rush back to Dorian's house. Meanwhile, Gabrielle stood over Blair and contemplated her next move. She ultimately called 911 to aid Blair. Max arrived before Todd, thanks to Gabrielle's call for help. However, one of the paramedics noted that Blair was asking for Todd, not Max. Gabrielle played spin doctor and let Max know that she was responsible for saving Blair. When Todd spied Blair in Max's arms, he decided to leave town. He told Starr that they were leaving and never coming back.

Jessica pulled away from Seth's kiss and told him that it was too soon for her to be romantically involved with anybody. Al interrupted the awkward moment in need of some friendly advice from Jess. Fresh from arguing with Max, Al divulged his issues with his father to Jessica. As Seth eavesdropped on their conversation, she told Al not to give up on Max.

Antonio pays Cris a visit and learns that his brother is in love with Jen and may even marry her someday. He thinks it's bad news since it involves the Rappaport family along with the fact that Jen lied to Cris throughout the trial for Colin's murder-he thinks she'll do it again sometime. Cris realizes she was only protecting her family and believes that Antonio is speaking of his own life and past. They are different, he insists, she's worth it and he refuses to discuss it as he's had a difficult enough time with Lindsay. He suggests that Antonio meet her as Lindsay wants to have a dinner with the families. Antonio agrees and mentions that he may have an announcement of his own.

Natalie and Al try to do some homework as the girls over by the bar are ogling Cris and Antonio on the computer. She's surprised that he and Jess aren't like the Buchanans that she heard about. He admits that he and Jess are just friends though there is someone he likes who is not available.

Larry speaks with Blair once she is stabilized and wants to know what her due date is. Blair won't let Larry examine her and suggests that she's just carrying small. Larry thinks it could be a sign of early labor but seems skeptical and then pulls out the disposed padding from under the sofa that Blair was wearing under her clothes. She tells Larry she'll lose everything, She added two months with the padding and Max can't know. She begins to get tangled up in her words. He figured out that the baby is Todd's on his own, Larry explains, and wonders how she'll explain an 11 month pregnancy. She planned on going away, she says, but Larry won't go along with her scheme. She suddenly cries out in anguish as the pains begin again. In the other room Max tells Gabrielle that he'll be for this baby what he should have been for Al. Gabby is touched and apologizes for being angry over his planned marriage. She wants to be a help in any way that she can, she says as she gives him a hug. The hug once again leads to a passionate kiss and Max breaks away. She suggests that they give in to their feelings for each other and then they'll go away. Max assumes she means that they should sleep with each other but before they can discuss it further they are interrupted by Blair's cries. Larry insists that Blair be taken to the hospital but later she is back at Dorian's after tests prove negative. She only wants to stay in the house and wants Gabby out. As Gabrielle makes a phone call for a nurse to stay with Blair, both she and Max yell out in protest. Max decides he will stay with Blair for as long as she needs him.

Everyone is congregated to listen and watch Colin on video as he says that one of them must be his murderer but they've all been remembered in his will and he hasn't forgotten what any of them has done to him. Randall Truitt, Colin's lawyer appears to tell everyone that he is responsible for putting all of this together and agrees with Sam that there is an estate due to stocks, insurance, etc. He restarts the video and Colin taunts everyone in his usual fashion. His will is as follows: to Jen he leaves family snapshots since she's the one who destroyed them all; Will receives a destroyed stock portfolio courtesy of some scamming by Colin; Lanie receives a book entitled "Divorce for Morons"; Sam receives memorabilia of Nora and Lindsay, R.J. and Nora receive the truth-R.J. gets a shirt emblazoned with Property of Statesville (Colin knows that everyone wants to know how the pair is involved with each other), Lindsay gets a syringe (a fresh one which provides no evidence) and Nora gets another video tape. After a debate they watch the second tape where a tuxedoed Colin professes his love for Nora and tells her it's not the end, only the beginning. Lindsay begins to laugh hysterically while Sam is glad that they are finally all through with Colin. As Lanie wonders who will get the estate as it wasn't mentioned at all, a man appearing to be Colin enters the room. He wants to know what he's missed. The group is in shock.

Rae traps John as he's dressing and demands that they talk to each other. She begins to talk non-stop, telling him she wants some kind of sign on where they stand with each other. He begins to kiss her and the locker is accidentally slammed shut as they lean against it. He agrees to go back to Rae's place to continue the "conversation" as they both admit they've just been very busy. He's unable to get dressed as they don't know the locker combination and he's only wearing a towel. Rae runs off for help and Antonio walks in, telling John that he's put in for a promotion. John suggests that there may be some other guys ahead of him since they've finished their education. Antonio agrees with something that Cris stated earlier-that he's letting his past ruin his future and he'd better stop that now.

The girls at the computer have become so loud that Al and Nat go over to see what it's all about. They can only stare at the computer in shock as they see pictures of Cris in his apartment. Cris runs downstairs and meets with a girl outside who tells him that everything is taken care of. After he gets back inside Al confronts him and tells him what a sleaze he is and that Jen should know. Just then Will and Jen who have left the will reading early, arrive.

Sam knocked "Colin" out with a punch, rendering him unconscious. His attorney, Truitt, explained to the startled group that the man out cold on the floor wasn't Colin -- he was Colin's twin brother, Troy. All found it hard to believe that Colin had a twin brother. In another room, Lanie examined Troy and discovered that Troy had a scar in the exact same place that Colin had one. Lanie's revelation had everyone wondering whether Colin had faked his death. Later, a terrified Lindsay decided to act quickly. She snuck away and readied herself to finish off an unconscious Troy by smothering him with pillow.

Jen interrupted Cristian and Al's confrontation and asked why they were fighting. Natalie intervened and privately convinced Al to reconsider blasting Cristian for his website in front of Jen. Natalie explained to Al that telling Jen about "" could backfire on him. Cameras caught Cristian in his apartment discussing details of his surprise getaway for Jen with Leah, the girl who was helping him plan the trip to Cape May. A suspicious Jen confided to Will that she thought Cristian was hiding something. Later, Al watched Cristian hug Leah on the website, and he approached Jen to tell her the truth.

Blair accepted Max's offer to move in. Blair thanked Larry for not revealing the truth about her baby, but he warned Blair that he wouldn't keep her secret if the baby's life became endangered. Meanwhile, Gabrielle pressed Max to sleep with her so they could both move on, and Max had trouble resisting her. Speaking privately to Gabrielle, a suspicious Blair recalled Gabrielle taking her sweet time to get Blair medical assistance. Further, Blair accused Gabrielle of trying to steal Max and warned her not to get in the way of their pending marriage. Gabrielle reluctantly left, but not before she stole Blair's keys to Dorian's house.

Friday, August 10

Lindsay decides she can't kill Colin, but then remembers the way he leered after Jen on the tape he left and decides that she can kill him after all.

Cristian and Leah finalize plans for a surprise romantic weekend for he and Jen. Jen continues to pressure Al about why he and Cristian were arguing when she notices Al looking at the computer monitor with the illegal web-cam site of Cristian's apartment.

Just as Jessica is thinking about the kiss she shared with Seth, she receives a call from Will.

In the living room, Nora, Sam, R.J. and Lanie are discussing whether the person Sam slugged is really Colin or is his twin brother Troy. When Antonio arrives, they tell him that Colin may still be alive. Lindsay pushes the pillow over Troy's face.

Jessica and Will have a very poignant conversation. It is obvious that they still love each other, but can't get past the problems they had. The doorbell rings and it is Natalie who gives some lame story about standing at the bus stop down the street and a car driving through a puddle, splashing mud on her. Jessica asks how Natalie knew where she lived and Natalie says everyone knows where the famous Llanfair is. Jessica takes Natalie upstairs to find her something dry to wear.

Jen continues to question Al about what he was looking at on the computer and he makes up a story about a girl having a web-cam site and he was trying to decide whether to tell her boyfriend what she was doing. Jen says that she doesn't think that is a very good idea. Will comes in and asks Jen if she has heard from Lindsay or Sam.

Sam and Nora are explaining to Antonio about Colin's twin having walked into the room during the will reading when it is revealed that Sam slugged him and knocked him out. Antonio goes ballistic on Sam about taking the law into his own hands – again. Nora, of course, tries to defend Sam's actions. Antonio asks who was present and everyone except Lindsay is accounted for. Nora immediately realizes where Lindsay is and says they have to get upstairs. Lindsay is still trying to suffocate Colin's look alike when he suddenly sits up and grabs her arm. She actually has the nerve to be offended that he is hurting her. Only, Lindsay (sigh).

Natalie questions Jess about her date with Seth and Jess tells her about "the kiss", but insists that she is just not ready for a serious relationship yet. The phone rings and it is Seth.

Will suggests that he and Jen go back to Sam's house and wait for their parents, but Jen says she is going to wait for Cristian. Being his mother's son, Will's snobbery comes out and he insists that Jen could "do better". He tries to convince her that Cristian is a liar and a loser and insists that she has to listen to him. Jen, being her father's daughter (hopefully) shows a little spunk and more or less tells Will to butt out! After Jen walks away, Al approaches Will and tells him that he agrees with him about Cristian.

Cristian and Leah are discussing payment arrangements. The two of them step out into the hall as she is leaving and are still talking about a "romantic weekend" and how important it is that Jen not find out about it. Jen is standing quietly in the shadows and overhears their conversation, naturally getting the wrong signals.

R.J. tries to stall Antonio and the others, but they all go upstairs. Colin's look alike is still holding Lindsay's arm and she threatens to scream for the police (the woman is priceless). Everyone bursts into the room and Colin's lookalike tells them that Lindsay tried to kill him. Being slicker than a greased pig, Lindsay denies his accusations and manages to turn the focus on whether he is really Colin or Troy as he claims to be. Even though the poor man provides identification, everyone starts walking toward him with questions and accusations. Lindsay and Lanie say that Colin never mentioned a twin brother. Sam wants to know where he's been all these years. Nora wants him to explain himself. Once again, the focus of attention is taken away from Lindsay committing a crime (attempted murder is a crime, right?).

Natalie is making all kinds of adolescent gestures while Jess in on the phone with Seth. He apologizes to Jess for kissing her and promises that, next time, he will keep his hands and his lips to himself. He asks Jess if there will be a "next time" and she says that there will. After they hang up, Natalie tells Jess about Cristian's web-cam site.

Al tells Will he does not like the way Cristian treats his sister. Jen gives Cristian a chance to come clean by asking what he was doing, but because he is trying to keep his plans for a romantic weekend for the two of them a surprise, he blows it by saying that he had to talk to Antonio. Jen hits him with the fact that she saw the beautiful girl he was with. One of the moral dropouts apparently has told the other moral dropout that she will sneak into Cristian's loft. She sneaks up the fire escape and enters Cristian's loft.

Jessica brings up the illegal web-cam site and sees Cristian.

Troy explains that he and Colin never got along. He was the good twin; Colin was the bad twin. He is also a Doctor. He tells Lanie that he and Colin had stopped speaking long before they went to medical school, which is where Lanie met Colin and that is probably why Colin never mentioned him to any of them. In the background R.J. tells Lindsay that if Troy is putting on an act, it is a good one and they are home free. Sam again asks where he has been for years and why he had shown up now. Troy tells them he has been in Africa treating Aids patients. He received a letter from Colin's attorney informing him of his brother's death and naming him the beneficiary of the bulk of Colin's estate. When Nora asks why Colin would leave his estate to a brother he hated, Troy has no explanation. His first instinct was to ignore the letter, but his curiosity got the better of him. He wonders if, considering Sam slugged him and Lindsay tried to smother him (of course, it's her word against his and Lindsay feigns disbelief that he would accuse her) that he probably should have followed his first instinct. Sam says he still is not sure he believes Troy's story. Troy suggests that if they don't believe him they should dig up Colin's grave and see if he is still there. Sam thinks that is an excellent idea.

Natalie explains to Jess that anyone who goes onto the Internet can pull up the HottiesBareAll web site and see the still photos of Cristian in various stages of undress. She has not shown Jess the live web-cam portion of the site.

Cristian makes things worse by continuing to try to hide the plans he has made for a weekend with Jen and makes up an excuse that Leah was an old friend who wanted a bartending job. Jen asks him what that has to do about a long weekend that he didn't want her to find out about. She tells him he is lying to her just like everyone said he would and she wants to know why. The moral dropout is inside Cristian's loft, waving at the camera and starts to take her clothes off.

Troy tells Antonio that if the only way to prove he is not Colin is to dig up the grave then he will give his permission. Lanie says that will not solve anything because identical twins have identical DNA and they only have Troy's word that he was in Africa. Lanie suggests that Troy could be Colin and says it would be just like Colin because he was inhuman. Troy asks what Colin did to all of them but receives no answers. He walks up very close behind Nora and asks what her connection to Colin was.

Will asks Al what he means that he doesn't like the way Cristian treats Jen but Al says he doesn't want to get into the middle of it and tells Will to watch out for his sister. Will walks over the bar and tries to intimidate Seth by telling him to deliver a message to Cristian that if he hurts Jen he will be sorry. Seth is not that easily intimidated and tells Will to deliver the message himself. Obviously looking down his nose Will asks Seth if he learned to talk that tough on Angel Square. Seth accuses him of being angry because he lost Jessica and tells Will that Jess is getting over him much more quickly than he is getting over her. Will asks Seth if he wants to take it outside and Seth agrees but tells Will he will have to wait until his break in an hour. Will says he's not worth the wait and walks out.

When Natalie suggests that Cristian might be using the web-site to make money, Jess says he would not do that for money. She says she is going to go talk to Cristian and offers Natalie a ride, but she refuses saying she will ride the bus.

Jen again asks Cristian why he is lying to her and why he is being so secretive. Chris asks her to go into his loft and he will tell her everything. When he opens the door he sees the moral dropout lying under a blanket in the floor with no clothes on.

Nora does not respond to Troy's question about her connection to Colin. He tells the entire group that he has done everything he can to prove he is Troy McIver, not Colin and there is nothing else he can do. Sam says that unless Troy has something to hide there is something else he can do.
