Chapter 1148 of One Piece features the tensions in Elbaph going past their boiling point, as the God’s Knights threaten to drop the giants’ children from their high location into the Underworld, leading to their deaths. Sommers places the responsibility onto Jarul to burn Elbaph’s school and library, thereby destroying all its culture and history.
