New exclusive photos of Ready or Not 2: Here I Come have been dropped by PEOPLE. The first look stills feature Samara Weaving, Kathryn Newton, Shawn Hatosy, David Cronenberg, Elijah Wood, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and many others. So, get ready to experience a wisp of the heebie-jeebies.
A sequel to the 2019 horror film, Ready or Not, the sequel is scheduled to arrive on the big screens next year on April 10, 2026. The film shall extend the journey of Grace, who, in the first film, manages to survive amidst the horrendous atrocities by her in-laws. On her wedding night, they make her partake in a bizarre ritual to worship the devil.

New exclusive photos of Ready or Not 2 revealed
The exclusive stills revealed by People Magazine showcase some interesting glimpses of Ready or Not 2. In a couple of the images, we see Samara Weaving in some scenes with Kathryn Newton. You shall witness scenes where the actors are in high-stakes survival situations and are also seen running peacefully.
We also see a still featuring Sarah Michelle Gellar and Shawn Hatosy, where they are standing with their hands crossed, donning a pair of shades. Another scene involving Geller and Hatosy is there, where David Cronenberg's character is seen to be under critical medical care. There is one still featuring Elijah Wood alone, where he is formally dressed up in a blue suit.
There is one still of Ready or Not 2, which features many members of the cast, including the leads, Samara Weaving and Kathryn Newton. It is a hostage situation where Weaving and Newton's characters are held, with the rest of the cast looking like they are plotting an interrogation, but laced with diabolical, sly games.

In a conversation with the outlet, the director duo Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett talk about Ready or Not 2: Here I Come. They mention the impact the original film had on the audience and also how they feel about making its sequel by stating:
"We never dreamed Ready or Not would connect with people the way it has over the past few years and feel so honored to get to step back into Grace’s world."
They also hailed praise for the cast of the film, as they say:
"We can’t say enough about how much we love the ensemble in this movie,"
"We think everyone brought something genuinely special to their roles, and we’re so thrilled with how scary, funny and bizarre this cast of characters are."
The directors also reveal that this film looks more into the journey of Grace and how she navigates her way into a whole new mess that she faces in this upcoming film, as they add:
"It’s exciting to see Grace into a new f---ed-up situation that deepens her story and her character, and we wanted to make sure that this movie wasn’t just more of the same. We put a ton of love into this movie to make it a worthy sequel that we’re hoping fans of the first movie — and people who are getting to know Grace for the first time — will really love."
