Actor and film producer Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested in Eugene, Oregon, on November 29, for reportedly violating his probation from a past domestic violence conviction, according to jail records reviewed by PEOPLE.Bryan’s longtime fiancée and model, Johnnie Faye Cartwright, was also taken into custody and charged with a single count of DUI, three counts of reckless endangerment, and one count of attempted first-degree assault. Both Zachery and Johnnie are currently being held at the Lane County Jail. While her release date remains unknown, the Home Improvement actor is scheduled to be released on December 3.Zachery Ty Bryan’s second-degree domestic violence charge came in January 2025, when he was arrested in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
