Martin stopped by to see Laura at her office. She commented that they're ships in the night as he's often gone when she gets up. Martin said he's been keeping crazy hours and revealed that he's working with Jenz Sidwell and Drew. Laura found it hard to believe that Martin was working with Drew again.

Laura agreed with Martin that not everybody likes everyone they work with. She advised Martin not to break any laws. Laura said she just wants Measure C to be over. Just then, Lulu arrived. Martin left. Lulu and Laura embraced. She asked her mother for advice because her kids, Rocco and Charlotte, were lying to her.

Nina and Drew met at the Metro Court. Nina asked Drew what they were going to do about Willow being held in jail. Drew said he'd tell the police that it was Michael who shot him. Nina said the police wouldn't buy Drew's sudden memory that Michael was the one who shot him. She told him it'd backfire, and Willow would rot in prison and never see her kids.

Drew told Nina she'd done enough by recanting her alibi. Nina said she was over hearing about Drew's plans to save Willow. Drew stood up and declared that he was Nina's only chance to have a better relationship with Willow.

Meanwhile, Sonny asked Michael if he'd seen the media coverage about Willow not shooting Drew. Michael said he wasn't worried. Sonny pointed out that Willow's new lawyer was Alexis. Sonny said Alexis would bring up Willow's tragedies -- Shiloh, losing a child, and more -- in court. Michael was taken aback by Sonny's stance. Michael rattled off Willow's sins, including sleeping with Drew. Sonny said Michael's clear anger could backfire on him if he got on the stand.

Drew left his and Nina's table and went over to see Sonny and Michael. Sonny asked Drew what he wanted. Drew informed them that he and Ronnie would be signing the papers that would give him the Quartermaine estate. Drew invited Michael to be there for the signing. "Enjoy your breakfast," Drew said as he left.

Sonny observed that Drew baited Michael, and he refrained from getting angry. Michael said it would be hard to be there, but he was going to try.

Emma and Gio flirted at Bobbie's. Emma told Gio she might have to flirt with Henry so that she could get access to the information that would show he's using dogs in his experiments. Emma lamented that she needed a key fob to access Dalton's files. Gio asked that she keep him updated. Emma started to leave, said she forgot something, and then she kissed Gio.

Lulu brought some coffee to Tracy. She told her ex-step-monster that she loved her being there, but not her many boxes. Tracy insisted that they had to stay as they were filled with dear artifacts. Lulu suggested that some of the boxes be put in storage. Just then, Lucy arrived and entered. She noted that someone needed help wth an estate sale.

Laura gently pointed out that her kids might be lying to protect her. Lulu said the principle of their silence hurts. Laura urged her daughter not to go to the worst place. Lulu lamented that Charlotte was drawn to Valentin and that Rocco was drawn to Britt. "This is tearing me apart," Lulu sighed. Laura embraced her daughter.

Laura gently suggested that her daughter be there when her kids interact with Britt and Valentin by extending an invitation to them when they have their meetings with Rocco and Charlotte. Lulu said that being pleasant to Britt and Valentin would be hard. She quipped that being the bigger person would be hard. Lulu asked her mom if she got tired of being right. "Not yet," Laura responded with a smile.

Tracy suggested a flaming moat to Lucy when she brought up real estate. Lucy told Tracy that she knew she loved the house; Lucy said she loved it, too, when she was married to Alan. Tracy noted that that wasn't for very long. Lucy claimed she and Alan got to a "goodish" place towards the end of their relationship. Lucy said she was hurt by Tracy's past words. "Gee, you seemed fine," Tracy deadpanned. Lucy said she was fond of Edward and Lila, Tracy and Alan's late parents. She pointed out that Tracy kept pushing people away from her. Lucy urged Tracy not to face things alone.

Tracy conceded that Lucy, in her own way, cared about her parents and had a unique love for Alan. Tracy looked at the boxes and couldn't believe that this was all that was left. Lucy said she'd deny saying this, but that a house was still just a house, and that the family memories were in her heart. Lucy picked up some items from Tracy's boxes, including Edward's bible, which has a family history inside. She said she and Monica updated it after Edward's death.

Lucy commented on a box marked "Alan's train set." Tracy said Alan used to set it up for the children, but that really just meant he'd let the kids watch him run it. The train set made Alan feel like a kid. Lucy asked Tracy if sharing that moment with someone who knew Alan made her feel good.

Tracy said there was always someone to have a cup of tea with when the Quartermaine house was full. Lucy suggested that Tracy get a house where she could start anew. Tracy conceded that Lucy could show her more houses after she went through her boxes.

Ronnie walked into Bobbie's and saw Jack Brennan from behind. She mistook him for someone named "Joey" and called out that name. Jack informed Ronnie that she must have been thinking of someone in another life. Jack told Carly he'd just met Ronnie. Carly said that her son, Michael, had told her all about Ronnie.

Ronnie said Michael was lovely, but kicking him out of the Quartermaine mansion was only because she was selling the house. Carly marveled that Ronnie was selling the house to Drew. "I just came here to say goodbye to my sister," Ronnie lamented. Carly said the Quartermaines will not just let her move on.

Gio suggested to Ronnie that the Quartermaines were all good people -- even Tracy. He thought she was working with them. Ronnie shrugged that she received a cash offer, and technically, she was keeping the home in the family (as Drew was Alan's son). Gio pointed out that Monica banned Drew from the estate and that he tried to bulldoze the family crypt. Gio said Monica deserved better.

Carly told Jack that she was getting what she wanted in a way, as she always wanted Michael out of that house. She added that she'd had a complicated relationship with the Quartermaines. Carly told Jack she asked the universe to send her someone she could trust, and the universe sent her Jack (Jack was unaware that Carly did not trust Jack at all!).

Ronnie returned home to Monica's house to find Michael there. He offered to outbid Drew, but Ronnie said that she couldn't entertain that. Looking away from Michael, Ronnie had a pained look on her face. Michael told Ronnie how much the house meant to Monica. "There is something else going on here, but I'm in too far over my head not to sell to Drew," Ronnie tearfully told Michael.

Martin and Drew entered. The congressman was surprised that Michael was there to watch the signing of the papers. Ronnie yelled at Drew and told him that he didn't need to rub it in Michael's face that he'd won. Ronnie apologized to Michael.

Nina approached Sonny and suggested there was a way to protect both of their kids. She said that she'd do anything to save her daughter. Nina revealed that Drew was blackmailing Portia, and she'd do anything to protect Trina. Nina said throwing another suspect into the mix could throw doubt on Willow and Michael. Nina said she couldn't use the info as she and Portia were friends...but Sonny could.

Jack told Lulu that Valentin wanted another visit with Charlotte. Lulu said her daughter wasn't going to be flying over to see her dad. Jack asked if Lulu would feel differently if Valentin came back to America.

Henry Dalton greeted Jens Sidwell at his office. Jens told Henry that he was being replaced. Henry said no one knew the project like he did. Then, Britt walked in and asked if this was the person who turned her father's (Cesar Faison) work into a dumpster fire. Neither Britt nor Henry wanted to work with the other. Jens pointed out that Henry would be working for Britt -- not with her.

Britt told Henry to leave her name out of his relationship with Sidwell; in turn, Henry suggested a better idea -- that they leave Sidwell out of their relationship. Henry asked Britt why other people should get the rewards when they're doing all the work. Just then, Emma entered and wondered what he was doing with "the Britch?"

Sidwell walked into Laura's office. He explained that her assistant was away from her desk. Laura gave him two minutes. "You and I are going to work together to save Port Charles," he suggested.

As Ronnie and Drew began signing papers related to the sale of the house, Tracy was at Lulu's putting items in boxes from the Quartermaine house. Then, Tracy found a large envelope that read: "Last will and testament of Monica Quartermaine."
