The General Hospital actor is in a new film that premiered in Europe and may be available to view in the United States in the near future.The film is called Desperate Journey, and is set in Europe during World War II. On IMDB, it is described as “Set in a burlesque world of 1940s Paris, a man is forced to flee Vienna as Nazi hysteria takes hold.”The film has young Danish star Lucas Lyngaard Tonnesen as the lead character, and also stars Ed Stoppard, Til Schweiger and Sienna Guillory.Directed by Annabel Jankel, it is based on a true story. It is produced by Emblem Pictures.In the trailer, which you can see below, the tagline says “In the darkest of times, love survives.” Gati is shown in a dark room at a table with two other actors, and one of them saying, “If we have a chance to get the boys out, we must take it,” showing the fear of the time when the Nazis were terrorizing Europe.In an Instagram post promoting the movie, Gati showed a picture of that same scene. She said she worked mostly with Guillory and Stoppard.
