With the release of the first four episodes of Wednesday Season 2, the series has introduced us to numerous twists and adventures in Wednesday’s (Jenna Ortega) life, where she puts herself in more danger to save her best friend Enid, played by Emma Myers.

The first part of season 2 ended with several cliffhangers and a terrifying plot for the next part. It showed Wednesday being thrown out of the window of Willow Hill, possibly by Tyler/Hyde, as she lands on the concrete floor, bleeding profusely. Other than that, Tyler has also attacked his master, Marilyn Thornhill (Christina Ricci), leaving him masterless.

While the ending was terrifying, it also left the fans thinking about the possibilities of how Wednesday will solve this problem that she made worse after all the outcasts were locked up in the Willow Hill escape. In addition, since Tyler is free, it is also speculated whether he will help Wednesday in solving this mess or make it difficult for her.

Will Tyler and Wednesday team up in Wednesday Season 2? Possibilities explored

While romance seems to be out of the question for the Addams family's daughter in Wednesday Season 2, the chemistry between Tyler (Hunter Doohan) and Wednesday is undeniable. When she goes to visit him in Willow Hill in Episode 2 of Wednesday Season 2, we witness the spark between the two even through the sharp comments that they throw at each other.

Therefore, the last moment of part 1 of season 2, where Tyler, now in his Hyde form, notices Wednesday and reaches up to her, was one of the crucial moments, as right after that, we are shown the psychic teenager being thrown out of the window. However, it was never shown who actually pushes Wednesday, as we are left thinking that it might be Tyler himself, but there might still be some more explanation of the final moment in Part 2 of Season 2.

Due to this, there are speculations about Tyler finding his way somehow back to Wednesday and helping her solve the Willow Hill mess. Further, it was also revealed by creator Alfred Gough that in Wednesday Season 2, there are numerous moments where Tyler could be seen fighting his Hyde side, which will be more prevalent in part 2 of Season 2.

In the Netflix interview, he shared:

"There are moments that you can see the real Tyler, and his feelings, fighting against his Hyde side — and there’s even more of that being explored in the second half of Season 2."

This further hints at how Tyler might succeed in his attempt to control his Hyde side and make a choice for himself, and team up with Wednesday.

Will Thornhill’s death impact Tyler in Wednesday Season 2? Possibilities explored

Aside from Wednesday, several important characters' fates were left in limbo, such as Thornhill, who was attacked by her own Hyde, due to his rage and disappointment of being abandoned by her. In one of the episodes of Wednesday Season 2, Tyler’s Psychiatrist, Dr. Rachael Fairburn (Thandiwe Newton), reveals that if a Hyde’s master dies, the Hyde will also be on its way to its end, making a destructive situation for Tyler.

However, as revealed by Miles Millar, co-creator of Wednesday, Thornhill’s fate might not have ended. In a Netflix interview, he said:

"I will say, in this show, no one is officially dead dead. There’s always a way."

As per the creator, Thornhill might still be alive; therefore, giving Tyler a chance to prevent him from going crazy and be useful by fighting his Hyde side and teaming up with Wednesday, and helping her in taking care of the Willow Hill situation.
