FUBAR Season 2 premiered on Netflix on June 12, 2025. Consisting of 8 episodes that dropped simultaneously, the second season saw the return of Luke and Emma as the story picked up from where it ended in the first season.

Since the father-daughter duo had discovered each other's secret of being CIA agents in the first season, in this season, they fight together to save the world along with their loved ones.

Besides the introduction of new antagonists and a massive twist toward the finale, another thing that worked heavily in the favor of FUBAR Season 2 is its soundtrack. The music adds to the theme of the show, which is thrilling but also with hints of comedy.

More about FUBAR Season 2

Created by Nick Santora, the American comedy-drama made the fans wait for almost 2 years before the premiere of the second season. Talking about how this season is even more exciting than the first season, Santora told TUDUM,

“Season 2 is bananas. We’re coming up with some real fun surprises for FUBAR fans in Season 2, for sure.”

Arnold Schwarzenegger, who plays Luke, agrees with Santora, saying,

“It is bigger, it is better. There are more laughs. There is more of everything … including one more legend!”

Schwarzenegger referred to Carrie-Anne Moss, the new addition to the cast of the second season of the show. While Moss’ character is portrayed as the main antagonist from the beginning of this season, after a lot of twists and turns, the truth emerges to be something else. Moreover, the fact that her character, Greta, is shown to have a past with Luke makes things even more exciting for the storyline.

Talking about the cast members, Santora mentioned,

“They are icons. They know how to do action, be funny, and create full and engaging characters. So it was great to just sit back and watch them do their thing.”

Besides the couple of new additions, most of the core cast members returned for season 2.

FUBAR can be streamed on Netflix.
