This is a prank that Patty cakes convinces her to pull on Lilly.However, Marge is also a bit conflicted about it as she tries to confess to Lilly about the prank in the washroom. As that happens, Marge's eyes bulge out like one of the worms in the documentary she just saw. She tries her best to undo the damage by trying to get rid of her eyes. Lilly stops Mage from stabbing her eye socket.
