Stakes are high in Twelve as the angels have just one day left to save the world from the dark forces. Samin and Ogwi were already out, and now all the evil spirits have been released from the Hellmouth.
The one who broke the seal is none other than Tae-san, as he had no other option. The angles have lost Marok in Episode 6 of Twelve, and now they must kill Ogwi and Samir after finding Mirr. At this point, Samin has become the strongest, but little did he know that Ogwi still likes Mirr and that he can kill Samin.
The flashbacks till now have explained how Mirr and Ogwi met and fell in love. Since Marok was tasked with maintaining peace and doing what's right, he erased all memories of Ogwi from Mirr's mind.
While she remembers nothing about her forbidden love, Ogwi remembers everything. And now he has Mirr and no intention of letting her go.
Twelve Episode 6 recap: Marok dies while trying to defeat Ogwi and Samin

In Episode 6 of Twelve, we are taken back in time in the first scene where Mirr and Kang-ji are out to kill evil spirits. However, their mission turns out to be unproductive, and Kang-ji expresses concern at how close Mirr has gotten to Ogwi. She even warned Mirr to make better choices to avoid punishment.
In fact, this early scene lays the groundwork for conflict beyond the past timeline to the present, where chaos unfolds inside the cave. Samin is attacking Ma-rok, and Ogwi is distraught to find Mirr lying unconscious.
As Ogwi's memories of return, he strikes out at Samin, hurting him in a brief but intense battle. But the danger is not over yet. Ogwi then turns his anger and rage toward Ma-rok, resentful that he is sealed and powerless.
As he tries to kill Marok, Sa-min revives suddenly and attacks Ogwi again. Ogwi, this time, an easy foe, catches Samin and carries off Mirr in her unconscious state, determined to protect her above everything else.
The worst tension in episode 6 of Twelve arrives when Marok, gravely wounded and almost dead, apologizes to Tae-san on a call. With his dying breath, he asks Tae-san to open the Hellmouth, stop Samin, and protect Mirr.
These were Marok's final words, and they devastate Tae-san. Wong-seung and the entire group of angels are heartbroken to see Marok's tragic end. This fuels anger in them, igniting the flame to fight back and seal the Hellmouth in one day.

Samin unleashes his terrifying plan in Twelve Episode 6

Following Marok's sacrifice, Tae-san broke the seal of the Hellmouth, and the angels got back their powers and special weapons. However, his victory comes with a heavy price: the evil energy floods into the world, and it will eat up the world in just one day if not sealed back.
The team now has a seemingly impossible task ahead of them. They have to save Mirr, defeat Samin and Ogwi, and close the Hellmouth so balance can return. Things become perilous when Samin makes his most dangerous move and begins to make human copies.
He starts transforming humans into brainless zombies, initiating the world's destruction. As episode 6 of Twelve nears its end, a flashback scene reveals a previous battle between Tae-san and Haetae.
The memory highlights Tae-san’s painful past, as he even had to face his own family’s attacks in the process. Ultimately, Tae-san defeated his own mentee and, with combined powers, created the Hellmouth that now threatens to consume everything.
