Wednesday Season 2 introduced several new categories of outcasts, from Avians like Judi to Pyrokinetics like Principal Barry Dort. However, the one that stood out was the DaVincis. The mysterious outcasts with telekinetic powers and a heightened ability of creativity, just like their namesake, Leonardo Da Vinci, were among the most interesting category to be introduced.
DaVincis had the power of telekinesis, with which they could move and control things around them. From building a huge pyre to creating one-of-a-kind machines, these outcasts were depicted as being highly intelligent as well as creative.
Whether it's Isaac Night’s passion for science or Professor Stonehurst’s obsession with becoming a DaVinci, these outcasts are surely among the most powerful among all the categories introduced so far.
More on this in our story.
What is a DaVinci in Wednesday? Details explored

We are introduced to DaVinci in the premiere episode of Wednesday Season 2 as some DaVinci students use their telekinetic powers to create a huge pyre shaped like a raven for the bonfire. Later, they are also seen making the flaming raven fly across.
This moment introduced the unique ability and creativity of DaVinci students of Nevermore. Another moment that depicts the creativity of these oytcatss was when Agnes tells Wednesday about asking the DavInci students to help place the daggers on the ceiling where she trapped Enid and Bruno.
Furthermore, these outcasts are also portrayed to be very powerful, as Professor Stonehurst also wanted to become one. When Wednesday learned about Judy being an Avian, she also told the Nevermore student that his father, Augustus Stonehurst, created LOIS to become a DaVinci but failed as his body couldn’t take it.
Additionally, Xavier from Season 1 also showed certain abilities like being a creatively gifted artist, which could put him among the DaVincis. But not much of his powers were revealed in the season.
However, in Part 2 of Season 2, it was Isaac Night that showed how powerful, in their abilities and creativity, a DaVinci can be.

Wednesday Season 2: Isaac Night was a DaVinci
Like Leonardo Da Vinci’s passion toward his art, Isaac Night was shown to be obsessed (maniacally) with science. He had created numerous machines, for example, creating the head-preservation machine for Professor Orloff. Furthermore, Night, who was alive due to his clockwork heart, also had created a special machine for taking away his sister, Françoise’s outcast power of being a Hyde.
Night is also revealed to be the body Thing belongs to. After Morticia cut his hand, Thing acquired some of Isaac’s power, making it a unique creature of his own. Through the character of Isaac Night, the supernatural mystery series depicted the exceptional abilities of the DaVincis that made them mysterious as well as powerful.
Besides them, outcasts such as werewolves, sirens, psychics, invisible people, Hydes, and people with electric powers are also among the powerful categories in the series.
