Mary Beth Evans talks to DAYS co-star Christopher Sean about finding direction in life

Days of our Lives' Christopher Sean (Paul Narita) is barely in his 30s, but he's already formed an approach to life so inspirational, costar Mary Beth Evans (Kayla Brady) had to share it with the world.

Soap operas have the ability to inspire and influence us like no other medium can, and every once in a while, performers from the daytime dramas do the same. Case in point: Days of our Lives' Christopher Sean (Paul Narita), who at 31 years old has his life more thought-out and put together than some people do in their 50s and beyond.

Sean's approach to living, achieving success, and feeling true happiness are so inspiring, his costar, multiple Emmy winner Mary Beth Evans (Kayla Brady) featured him on her blog, Plank.

"I know Christopher from Days of Our Lives, but getting to spend an entire weekend on set [at The Bay] with him, I was reminded of what an inspiration he is. As he talked about his goals and his belief in the law of attraction, I was struck by his whole approach to life," she shares. "I kept thinking I've got to remember this - both for myself and for my kids! But then I thought, what better way to remember it than to feature it here! Plus, his message is so great that I just had to share with all of you."

Evans sat down with Sean for a video interview and had him open up about finding a direction in life, vision boards, the law of attraction, and more. Check out what he had to say below then let us know what you think about the actor's innovative approach to life.
