Ingo Rademacher will soon be back to Port Charles as his General Hospital alter ego Jasper "Jax" Jacks, but you don't have to wait for his debut to catch a sneak peek of his return. And speaking of that, you'll find his first airdate here, as well!

General Hospital fans were over the moon when Ingo Rademacher took to Instagram in February with the exciting reveal that he is reprising his role as Jasper "Jax" Jacks. The actor is set to appear in Port Charles on Tuesday May 7, but viewers can catch a sneak peek of his return to the ABC soap opera right now.

EW has released first look photos of Rademacher back on set at GH, where Jax is sporting a whole new look from what fans might remember from his most recent guest appearances in 2016 and 2017.

"All new look for Jax," Rademacher teased during his wardrobe fitting in March.

According to EW, Jax returns to Port Charles to see his daughter Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and his ex-wife Carly (Laura Wright). He'll also make time for his longtime nemesis Sonny (Maurice Benard).

Rademacher took on the role of GH's Jasper Jacks in January 1996 and played the character on-again, off-again until 2017. He then decided to take on the role of The Bold and the Beautiful's Thorne Forrester but chose not to renew his contract with the CBS soap opera after just a little over a year in the role.

How do you feel about Ingo Rademacher making a return as GH's Jax? Do you think it looks like Jax is sporting a new style? We want to hear from you -- so drop your comments in the Comments section below, tweet about it on Twitter, share it on Facebook, or chat about it on our Message Boards.
