Brief Character History
Irene came to Llanview in 1978. She was looking for her college friend (and step-daughter from her secret marriage to Victor Lord) Viki Lord Riley. Irene wanted to tell Viki she was dying and asked Viki to take care of her 16-year-old daughter, Tina Clayton. Not long after she came to town, Irene died. Irene left Viki to take care of Tina, whom she later found out was really her half-sister.
