Thanksgiving Day, November 22nd.
ABC will air repeat episodes of each of its three daytime drama series -- All My Children (Annie goes to see her father), One Life to Live (Asa dies and loved ones gather) and General Hospital (Thanksgiving 2006: The Spencers bid farewell to Laura).
CBS's daytime lineup gets a shakeup. Instead of airing episodes of its soaps, CBS will air episodes of The Price is Right from 1230pm to 330pm in the timeslots usually occupied by The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful, As the World Turns and Guiding Light. In areas where Guiding Light airs before 1200pm, the show will be pre-empted for coverage of Thanksgiving Day parage coverage.
NBC will broadcast the National Dog Show in place of Days of our Lives.
