All My Children

Greenlee admitted that she was wrong to ever think that Ryan had turned his back on her. Ryan overheard Greenlee confess to Jackson, that she was in love with Ryan. Liza learned that Nick Pearson had an axe to grind with Ryan because Ryan had gotten Nick fired from a job. Madison was devastated when Ryan testified that he loved Greenlee. Frankie offered Madison a shoulder to cry on. Kendall was upset when Zach announced that he had to leave town for his family's safety. Zach revealed that some of his business partners were unhappy with his decision to sell off the casinos. A mystery person followed Zach and Kendall as they took the boys trick-or-treating. JR invited Annie to stay at the beach cottage while she looked for a place to live. Marissa found Annie and JR in a heated kiss when she took AJ to the beach house to see his father. JR tried to spend some time with AJ on Halloween, but Marissa thought that it was best for JR stay away. JR vowed to get his son back before the custody hearing, so he called Judge Hale. Erica tried to persuade JR to sell Cortlandt Electronics back to Caleb in exchange for Caleb's agreement to back down from the custody fight. JR questioned what Erica stood to gain by helping Caleb. Jack was hurt when Erica admitted that she thought that Greenlee was guilty of killing David. Jack talked to Krystal about his disappointment over Erica's confession. Asher revealed that Caleb had killed Asher's mother on Halloween. Erica found a folder at Wildwind that contained a copy of a news article about a woman who had been killed in a mine explosion in West Virginia on Halloween in 1990. Caleb suspected that JR had planted the article to rattle him. Asher helped AJ slip away from Miranda's party.

What happened during the week of

After the surgery that had removed a lobe of her cancerous lung, Stephanie returned home from the hospital, but refused to rest. She sneaked off to help at the homeless shelter with Dayzee. Stephanie and Dayzee went to the streets, and Stephanie interviewed the homeless of Skid Row in documentary fashion. Brooke, who was worried about Stephanie, went to Skid Row to pick Stephanie up. Instead, Brooke teamed up with Stephanie and they worked in a mission kitchen. At Jackie M, Taylor broke the news of Stephanie's cancer to the team, and Amber recalled that she'd had a very close relationship with Stephanie at one time. Nick warned Amber that her new designs needed a lot of work to compete with Forrester. Amber pulled an old Sally Spectra trick and preyed upon Oliver's emotions to steal Forrester designs. Amber flirted with Oliver, plied him booze, and went home with him. When Oliver passed out, Amber photographed all the Forrester "Hope for the Future" designs that Oliver had stored in his bag. Later, Amber made her own sketches, and presented the designs to Nick. Ecstatic with the new line that Amber had designed, Nick encouraged Amber to submit more designs. At Forrester, Taylor spied on Brooke when she worked on fitting a suit on Thomas. After the fitting, Taylor accused Brooke of seducing and fondling Thomas. Brooke slapped Taylor. Ridge later played peacemaker and forced Brooke to apologize to Taylor.

What happened during the week of

Arianna died before she could tell E.J. the truth about who had shot him. Victor seemed determined to keep Maggie in his life. Kate learned that Victor and Brady held Vivian captive in the sarcophagus. Kate told Victor that she would keep mum about Vivian. Kate had a mysterious document delivered to Chad. Stefano agreed to help E.J. find the evidence that proved that Sami had shot his son. Sami and E.J. each ransacked Arianna's room in search of the missing camera. E.J. wanted justice for Arianna, and was determined to learn the truth. An unknown man had possession of Arianna's camera and some of her personal belongings. Kayla advised Bo to reconsider his feelings for Hope and his relationship with Carly. Kayla told Caroline that she believed that Carly had changed the results of Chloe's paternity test, and that she planned to tell Bo the truth. Kayla was surprised when Caroline insisted that she keep her suspicions to herself. Hope told Bo that she thought an inmate, April, had died under suspicious circumstances. Melanie stayed firm and rebuffed Carly's affections and motherly plea to forgive her. Daniel and Chloe returned from their honeymoon. Melanie told Daniel that she had to tell him the truth. Nicole told Chloe that she would find a way to get Sydney back in her life again. Nathan proposed to an elated Stephanie.

General Hospital

What happened during the week of

Carly was livid when she learned that Jax intended to convert several hotel rooms into a secure apartment for Brenda. Jax insisted that he would do the same for any friend in need. Lucky stashed Siobhan at Wyndemere for her safety. Lucky and Jason decided to join forces to lure the Balkan out of hiding. "Ronan" intended to kidnap Brenda and then call the Balkan to collect her. Sam offered to step in as Brenda for Lucky's rendezvous with the Balkan. Brenda and Dante discussed why the Balkan was after her. Swavek overheard Lucky and Lulu talking on the Elm Street pier. Swavek reported to the Balkan that Ronan O'Reilly was really an undercover police officer named Lucky Spencer. Jax demanded that Brenda be assigned a police guard. Claire ordered Dante to protect Brenda. Lulu wasn't thrilled when she learned about Dante's new job. Luke managed to fake a massive heart attack with the aid of numerous Port Charles residents. Tracy began to soften toward Luke when she realized that she might lose him. Luke asked Tracy to marry him, but she wanted to wait until he was stronger before they discussed it. Michael was surprised when he bumped into Abby at Kelly's. Abby assured Michael that he was a wonderful guy and that she would like to help him. Claire continued to investigate Sonny in the Zacchara car bombing. Ronnie provided Claire with damaging evidence against Sonny. Robin and Sonny had a heart-to-heart talk about forgiveness. Sonny urged Robin to forgive Patrick for his affair, even if she didn't take her husband back. Patrick overheard Robin admit to Elizabeth that she was anxious over the idea of Patrick showing up at Emma's birthday party. Patrick decided to give Robin space. Someone took off with Emma while Robin's back was turned.

One Life to Live

John arrested Eli after an explosion ripped through the warehouse. Believing that Starr and Hope had perished in the explosion, Cole took his rage out on Eli by grabbing a gun and then shooting Eli dead. Marty urged Cole to flee the scene and then took responsibility for Eli's murder. Marty noticed that Brody and Natalie appeared to have a secret. Natalie warned Marty that the evidence pointed to Cole as Eli's killer. Marty pleaded with Natalie to keep quiet. Blair and T�a survived the blast; however, they were trapped in a storm drain. John and Todd tried to search for survivors, but the building crumbled around them. John and Todd were closer to Blair and T�a than they had realized. Blair managed to dig through the rubble of the warehouse until she reached John and Todd. Todd and T�a were reunited. Hannah took James hostage and then locked him in the attic with Starr and Hope. Later, Hannah forced James and Starr to a graveyard, where she ordered them to dig their own graves. Hannah and James briefly struggled for the gun. After Hannah gained the upper hand, she knocked out James and then pushed his body into an open grave. Starr was horrified when Hannah ordered her to bury James alive. James managed to escape the makeshift grave and to help Starr overpower Hannah. Cole was moved to tears when Starr and Hope walked through the door. Viki was shocked to hear that Echo might know something about Rex's birthfather. Clint was surprised to discover that Echo was still in town. Echo showed Clint the necklace that had once belonged to Rex's father. Clint pretended that he did not recognize the special necklace. Later, his private investigator gave Clint the half of the necklace that had once belonged to Rex's mother.

The Young and the Restless

Tucker rescinded Diane's job offer because of the Restless Style story. Tucker dared Diane to tell Ashley that they'd had sex. Before the mediation, Victor told Victoria about Nikki's relapse. Victoria was incensed by Victor's timing and accused him of trying to throw her off her game. Victor was enraged when his daughters wanted Beauty of Nature instead of a financial settlement. In retaliation, Victor barred Victoria from seeing Nikki at rehab. Abby regretted rejecting Victor's money. Meggie took over the ranch while Nikki was away. Nikki discovered Deacon had checked into the treatment center. Victor refused to turn over the financial records for Newman Enterprises despite a court order. Victor coerced Heather to block the court order. Sharon convinced Adam not to leave town. At Billy's Halloween party, Lauren thought she saw Daisy. Daniel discovered a pregnant Daisy at his apartment, and she claimed the baby was Daniel's. Chloe suspected that Kevin was gay. Kevin explained that he wasn't gay, but he was a bagman for Hogan's money laundering operation. J.T. learned he had heart damage and could never become a cop. Mac asked J.T. to move to Washington, D.C. with her.
