Mike tells Molly that Carly is only his friend and that he will always love only Molly. Molly admits that she lied about having sex with Jack so that Mike would know the way she felt when she found out about Mike and Carly. Rosanna answers her cell phone outside the garage and tells Craig that she gave Lucy a ride, but she fakes phone trouble when Craig asks where they are. Lucy wheels her chair into the garage and finds Alison and Aaron naked in bed, with a big red heart drawn on Aaron's chest. Although Aaron insists that he is innocent, Lucy storms that it is over for good this time. Lucy tells both Alison and Aaron that she remembers that, in St. Louis, Alison told her that Alison herself had started the fire. Lucy also tells them that Will told her that Alison forced Will to say that he had started the fire, to keep Alison out of jail. Lucy turns her wheelchair around to go tell Hal the truth. Aaron runs to Lucy, insisting that he was drunk and had passed out. Lucy tells Aaron that she remembers how much she loved him, but she has to believe what she has just seen. Rosanna comes into the garage, and Lucy asks Rosanna to take her to Hal's, in spite of Alison's protests. After Lucy leaves, Aaron insists that Alison tell him the truth. At first Alison tries lying, but finally admits setting the fire to make Aaron look like a hero. Aaron rushes out of the garage, despite Alison's pleas, to try to get Lucy to forgive him. Alison, left alone, decides that Will is the only one who can help her. Alison races out.

Rosanna tells Craig how Lucy's heart was broken by finding Aaron and Alison in bed together. Emily and Chris arrive, telling Rosanna and Craig that Hal is in Chicago. Rosanna insists that she will notify the police if Emily does not. Lucy enters the room and immediately tells them the truth about Alison starting the fire and pressuring Will to lie. Emily still hopes that there is another explanation, but she tells Lucy that she is sorry for the pain it has caused her. Emily and Chris leave, and Craig and Rosanna try to reassure Lucy about Aaron and Alison's betrayal of her. While Lucy leaves the room temporarily, Rosanna warns Craig not to protect Alison to save his own skin. Lucy returns and Aaron bursts in to tell Lucy how sorry he is and to ask her to forgive him. He asks her to hear him out, if she ever loved him.
Alison pounds on the door of the pediatric psych ward, insisting that she must see Will. Chris arrives and tells Alison that he will help her if she will tell him exactly why she needs to see Will.
Aaron goes to Fairwinds to convince Lucy that Alison set him up and that he did not sleep with her. Lucy assures Aaron that she knows what she saw and that it is one memory she wishes she could lose. As Lucy begins to cry, Craig escorts Aaron out. Craig accuses Rosanna of helping Lucy regain her memories so she can remember her relationship with Aaron. Rosanna explains to Craig that she was just trying to be the mother figure that Craig asked her to be to Lucy. Craig says that he does want her to be the maternal factor in Lucy's life but not if it goes against the plans he has for her. Alison confesses to Chris that she set the barn on fire because she wanted to make Aaron look like a hero. Alison plays the remorseful act with Chris. When Chris leaves to call Emily and Susan, Alison runs away. Though Emily is certain that Alison is guilty, Susan does not believe it. When they arrive at the hospital and see that Alison is gone, Susan blames Chris. Meanwhile, Alison goes to see Aaron in search of his forgiveness, but he slams the door in her face. When Paul arrives, ready to punch the man, he realizes it is his old pal Dusty Donavan. Rose does not accept Dusty's apology for mistaking her for Lily. Later, Dusty spots Kim and Bob and they discuss Chris' passion in proving Will's innocence
Rose goes to see Lily and tells her that Dusty Donovan is back in town. She describes how he planted a kiss on her neck and expresses her disdain for him. Lily is happy to hear that Dusty is back and she tells Rose that Dusty was her best friend but Rose is suspicious of Dusty. Lily suggests that maybe that kiss felt better than Rose is letting on. As they are talking, Dusty comes to see Lily and tells her that he's moved back to Oakdale for good. Lily says she will throw a welcome home party for him. Dusty apologizes to Rose but she is still leery of him. Lily tells her to give him a chance because he is a really good guy.

Chris gets angry, they exchange words and then John suspends Chris from the intern program for three days.
Emily and Susan are frantically making phone calls to see if they can locate Alison. Jack arrives and tells them there is a warrant out for her arrest. Susan is upset and Jack reminds her that Alison lied from the beginning and she put people's lives at risk. Jack wants permission to monitor the phone so he can pinpoint Alison's exact location. Alison does call and says she went to Chicago to see her father but he wasn't home. Susan gets on the phone and tries to convince Alison to come home. The call is disconnected too quickly so Jack is unable to record it. Later, Susan admits to Emily that she hung up the phone because she panicked when she saw the recording machine. She says she didn't want Alison to incriminate herself. Emily says she's already in enough trouble. Chris arrives and tells Susan and Emily that he wants to offer his help. Susan tells him to go to Chicago to find Alison.

Simon tells him that he has to video tape him and this girl he has hired and then show it to Katie and break her heart. A blond woman with a big fur coat comes walking through the door. Henry takes one look at her and says, "You hired Bambi?" Bambi walks over and says hello to the two men. Simon tells Henry to get started. Henry tells Bambi to give them a few minutes. He walks over to Simon and wants to know what is going on. Simon tells him that he just needs to do this. Henry starts to leave. Simon stops him and then tells him about Bartleby. He tells him that if he doesn't do this job for Bartleby, then Bartleby will kill Katie. Simon tells him that if he doesn't do something like this, then Katie will follow him to the south of France where he will pull off the job. Henry finally understands and tells Simon to start his act. Henry starts the video camera and Simon walks over to Bambi. They start to flirt and Simon kisses her neck a few times. Simon starts to show her how to play pool. While he has his arms around Bambi, Katie walks into Yo's. She sees Simon and the woman and then goes after the woman. Simon holds her back. He tells her that he tried to leave that life behind but he just can't and he is good at it. He tells her that he misses the traveling and all the money. She asks if she is just supposed to chase after him. He tells her that she is not invited. She yells at him and asks, "Since when does a wife need to be invited?" Simon turns to her and says, "Don't suffocate me, Katie!" Katie says, "If you have something to say to me, Simon, just say it!" Simon tells her to go home. She asks him why is he acting like this. He says that he tried to be the man that she wanted him to be, but he couldn't do it. He reminds her that they only got married so he could stay in the country. She tells him not to throw that in her face. She tells him that the second time meant something. She knows that he loves her. Simon says that love doesn't let him live the way he used to and he is missing the old days. Katie slaps his face. She tells him to never come crawling back to her. She pushes a chair over and storms out of Yo's. Simon pushes over a table with drinks on it. Henry comes over and hands Simon the tape and says that they don't need this now. Simon tells Henry that she will be back when she cools off. Henry says that the sun will cool off but not anytime soon. Simon tells Henry that they need to think of something really big. So big that she will never want to see his face again.
Mike and Carly are having drinks at The Lakeview Lounge. Carly is having a virgin pina colada, of course. While Mike is at the bar talking to the bartender, Carly calls Jack and tells him about her sonogram that is scheduled for today. Jack says that he remembers and she should let him know how it goes. She is deflated that he doesn't want to be at the appointment with her. She tells him that she will call and let him know how it goes. They hang up and Mike comes back to the table. He asks if everything is ok and she says that it is. She touches her stomach and says that the baby is very frisky today. Mike asks if he can feel her stomach. She says sure and when Mike puts his hand on her tummy, he gets a big smile on his face when he feels the baby move. As they are talking and laughing, Mike looks up and sees Molly coming through the door. He tells Carly to brace herself. Carly looks around and sees Molly. Molly approaches the two and Carly says, "Hello Molly." Molly says, "Why are you not off making more promises to Jack that you will never keep?" Then she adds, "Or did he get wise and kick you out for good?" Mike stands up and asks Molly if she is through slinging insults. Molly reminds Mike that he had said that he wanted her back. Carly starts to say something and Molly tells her to shut-up. Molly walks away and Mike follows her. Mike walks over to Molly and she tells him that she has a meeting with Kim and she wants him to leave. He tells her that she doesn't get to hit and run like that. Molly says, "Oh sorry. Did I upset your girlfriend?" Mike explains that Carly has to get a sonogram today and Jack wasn't interested in going with her. Molly says that Jack is too busy these days pulling the dagger out of his heart. Mike tells Molly that Jack is a big boy and he may be the father of this baby. He tells Molly that he may be the father of the baby and he is not going to back away from the child. He tells her that backing out of the baby's life because she can't handle it is not an option. Carly comes over to Mike and tells Mike that it is time to go. Molly tells them to go. She adds that she doesn't want to hold them up on family bonding time. Mike tells her that going to the sonogram was his idea. Molly just looks at them with a hurt look on her face. The two walk away. Kim has been watching the three and she walks over to Molly. Kim asks, "How did that go?" Molly tells her that Carly was her best friend so it looks like she has to start interviewing for a new one. Kim tells her that she was always told that you only get one best friend in your life. Kim tells her that she and Carly are closer than...Molly interrupts Kim and says that they were close. Kim says, "Baloney! You two need each other and when are you going to get busy and do something about it?" Molly tells Kim about Mike saying that he would find another place for Carly to live if she would come back to him. Kim asks why didn't she go and jump into Mike arms. Molly says that she wanted to, but she not only has to forgive Mike, but she has to forgive Carly and then there is the baby. Kim gives her a pep talk and then Molly knows what she has to do. Kim tells her that business can wait, but life can't. Kim leaves and Molly calls Jack on her cell phone. She asks Jack to meet her at the Lakeview Lounge. Jack says that he could use a break. He asks if everything is ok and she says that the faster he gets there the quicker they can fix it. Jack says that he is on his way. When Jack gets to the Lakeview Lounge, he finds Molly. Before Jack can sit down, she asks Jack what does he know about Carly's sonogram. Jack looks at his watch and says that it is scheduled to be in a few minutes. Molly tells him that Mike is with Carly and Jack should be there too. She tells him that if he doesn't go then is like handing Carly and the baby over to Mike. She says that if that is what he wants, fine, but if not, he had better get over to the hospital.
At the hospital, Carly and Mike walk into the sonogram area and Carly's doctor meets them. The doctor asks how is she doing and Carly tells her that the baby has been very active. The doctor tells her that is good. Carly introduces Mike to her doctor. The doctor says that she imagines that the two of them are very excited about getting a look at the baby. Carly starts to tell her doctor that things are kind of complicated. Mike blurts out that he is the baby's father and he is very excited to be there. The battery is run down. A man appears at her table and says that he can't get her ice cream, but he can buy her a burger. She says no thanks and starts to leave. The man stops her and asks what is her name. Alison pushes by him and then she turns and says that her name is Natasha. The man asks about her parents and she says that her father is dead and her mother is in prison. The man says that he noticed that her cell phone battery is run down and he could fix that for her.
