Ashley Aubra Jones
Los Angeles Presence
December 17, 2004 to December 2010 [contract]; December 2010 to Present [recurring]
At A Glance
Ashley Jones joined the cast of B&B as Bridget Forrester in November 2004, and first aired in mid-December.

Jones's prior daytime role was as Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless, for which she was nominated for two consecutive Daytime Emmy Awards as Outstanding Younger Actress. She completed four films, including the comedies Old School with Luke Wilson and Will Farrell, and Extreme Dating. She has guest starred on Strong Medicine, 7th Heaven, The District, and Without A Trace, and had a recurring role on For the People opposite Leah Thompson. Most recently, Jones enjoyed playing Beth Flaherty on Crossing Jordan with B&B's former Bridget, Jennifer Finnigan. Jones also found time to go back to the stage in the 2003 comedy Writer's Block.

While portraying Megan on Y&R, Jones earned her BA degree at Pepperdine University, studying both in Malibu, and in Florence, Italy. Before moving to California to attend school, Jones acted in Texas, where she was raised, doing theatre, television movies, and commercials.

In her personal life, Jones is happily married to her husband, writer Noah Nelson, whom she met when she was only 15, while filming the CBS miniseries, The Fire Next Time. She greatly misses her family in Texas, but often sees her in-laws, who live nearby. Jones recently resumed a childhood passion of playing the violin. Other interests include hiking with her dogs, and writing.
