OLTL recasts role of Sarah Roberts

Sarah Roberts is returning to One Life to Live later this spring -- but it's not what most fans were expecting. Buzz had a popular Days of our Lives star hopping aboard to take on the role. Well that star is still coming to Llanview, but it's another actress who has landed the role of Flash.

Newcomer Justis Bolding has been cast as Sarah Roberts. The actress is a newcomer to daytime television and to television in general. She has appeared previously in an episode of "7th Heaven" as well as MTV's soap-like series, "Undressed." Bolding did, however, have a role as an extra on Days of our Lives in 2006.

For weeks there have been reports that former Days of our Lives star Farah Fath (ex-Mimi Lockhart) was up for the role of Sarah. The actress confirmed that she had tested for the role in a statement on her official web site, but noted that the show wanted to use her for a newly created role instead.

The last time Sarah was seen in Llanview was back in 2004. Actress Shanelle Workman held the role down for a little over a year, having started in February 2003. From 1994 to 1997, Hayden Panettiere appeared as Sarah.

Bolding first airs on June 14th.
