Colby promised the people who had viewed her blog that she would continue to call out anyone in her life who wronged her. Tad was heartbroken at the prospect of Krystal moving out with the girls because of the danger that Cara's enemies posed. Cara managed to persuade Krystal to change her mind about the move. Griffin showed Zach's letter to Tad and Cara. Tad agreed that Zach wouldn't have used the term "sweetheart." Griffin feared that Zach's casino partners were involved in Zach's death and that Kendall might be in danger. Griffin decided to investigate the casino partners. Ricky tried to undermine Griffin by telling Kendall that some kids from the teen center had bought drugs that had been traced back to the hospital. Greenlee allowed Ryan to assume that she hadn't known about the paternity of Madison's baby. Madison agreed to keep Greenlee's secret in exchange for an opportunity to pitch a proposal for a new organic cosmetics line. Madison declined Ryan's offer to live in a penthouse at the casino. Scott turned down JR's invitation to live at the Chandler mansion. Things heated up between Madison and Scott. Annie's mind continued to unravel as she encountered a man in the park she imagined was Scott. Annie stole the man's wallet and then fled to a hotel with Emma. The man reported the incident to the police, so Ryan and Greenlee headed to the park. Ryan eventually tracked Annie to the hotel. Emma managed to slip out of the hotel room during her parents' confrontation. Emma was later found in the park and then returned to Ryan. JR arrived to calm Annie down before she was taken to Oak Haven for treatment.

What happened during the week of
Ridge asked Madison to send out a memo to the media that he had canceled the Taboo line and the upcoming press conference. Thomas intercepted the memo, and coerced Madison to disobey Ridge's order. Brooke discovered that the media had arrived at the press conference that was supposed to be canceled, and Thomas led Brooke to believe that he was going to announce that Taboo had been canceled. At the last minute, Madison warned Stephanie, Taylor, and Ridge that the press conference had not been canceled. Stephanie, Ridge, and Taylor angrily watched Brooke and Thomas on stage. Thomas defiantly announced that he was adding to the Taboo line, taking it to more cities around the world, and offering a percentage of sales to help the homeless. Brooke, shocked at the announcement, went along with Thomas in spite of Ridge's angry glare from the back of the room. Later, Stephanie and Taylor blamed Brooke for Thomas' action, and Ridge told Brooke that she had undermined his authority. Brooke told Ridge that he had been wrong to cancel the line, and she planned to support Thomas. In Thomas' office, Thomas told Dayzee that he had gone against his father's wishes. Dayzee reminded Thomas that his father was hurt. Thomas told Dayzee that a percentage of Taboo profits would help the homeless. Dayzee and Thomas kissed passionately.

What happened during the week of
Dario Hernandez, Rafe's younger brother, was arrested for attempting to steal Melanie's necklace. Gabi was shocked to learn that her kid brother was responsible for stealing her earrings and that he was accused of committing a series of other thefts. Fake Rafe's behavior seemed to become more bizarre with each passing day, especially after Sami heard him giving Johnny very bad advice. Stefano and his associates transferred Rafe from the mansion and cut him off from everyone and everything that had meaning in his life. Gabi and Will hired Justin to represent Dario, who made bail, but Melanie was determined to keep him behind bars. Dario told Gabi that he was in Salem to find the person that had killed Arianna. Sami observed the sweet and gentle side of Dario. Fake Rafe went ballistic after Sami told him that she had invited Dario to live with them while he was out on bail. Jennifer told Abby that she had filed for divorce from Jack. Abby pretended to support Jennifer's decision, but was sad that her family was breaking up. Later, Daniel and Jennifer mistakenly received each other's divorce papers and then commiserated over their failed marriages. Abby and Chad shared a special moment. Melanie said a final goodbye to a heartbroken Nathan. Nathan took Daniel's advice to move on, and called John Hopkins, hoping the fellowship they had offered to him earlier was still available. At the DiMera mansion, E.J. and Taylor shared a passionate kiss and then told each other that it didn't mean anything. Nicole seemed clueless about Taylor and E.J.'s attraction to each other. Justin and Adrienne agreed to get married sooner rather than later even though their children would be unable to attend the wedding.

Johnny sent Lisa and Robin on a scavenger hunt for the syringe. Steve warned Lisa that he would fire her if the syringe were to surface. Robin found the syringe. Theo took Suzanne hostage and then escaped in a helicopter. Brenda made a full recovery after receiving an antidote for the deadly toxin. Sonny decided to spirit Brenda away for a well-deserved honeymoon. Michael decided to take advantage of Sonny and Jason's distraction with the hunt for Theo to prove that he was worthy of being part of his father's organization. Dante and Ronnie headed a raid on Pier 52, were an illegal shipment was being unloaded. Dante was stunned to discover that Michael was among Sonny's men at the warehouse. Jason managed to get Michael out of the situation before any other police officers recognized Michael. Sam got a lead on one of Theo's henchmen. Sam suffered a blinding headache while driving. Carly raced to the doctor's office when she received word that Josslyn was sick. Jax and Carly received devastating news when Terrell revealed that Josslyn might have a rare kidney cancer. Lucky and Siobhan decided to head to a justice of the peace to get married. Luke tried to make it in time for Lucky's wedding. Things turned ugly after Elizabeth caught Nikolas and Brook getting intimate in the library. Elizabeth vowed not to let Aiden return to Wyndemere while Brook lived there. Elizabeth received the results of Aiden's paternity test. Tragedy struck when Jake managed to slip out of the house. Jake was struck by a car that kept on driving. Things looked bleak for Jake as he was taken into surgery in critical condition.

Bo and Rex discovered that Alex Olanov had been keeping David prisoner on her island. David vowed to make Clint pay for what he had done to him. David was desperate to return to Llanview when Dorian informed him that he had been replaced. David was shocked when he found Dorian and Cutter kissing in Dorian's bedroom. Bo placed Clint under arrest for the kidnapping and false imprisonment of David. Langston broke things off with Ford when she realized that he intended to stay married to Tess. Tess made it clear to Ford that she was only interested in Ryder's trust fund. Tess was delighted when she learned about Todd's shooting because it meant that Téa would be too busy to cause problems at the custody hearing. Ford warned Tess that he would send her to St. Ann's if she did anything to jeopardize their chances at winning custody of Ryder. Cutter was relieved when Aubrey told him that Joey had destroyed the jump drive that contained incriminating footage of their romp in her hotel room. Aubrey warned Cutter that Rama continued to pose a problem. Rama was on the verge of showing Joey a picture of the real Aubrey Wentworth when Aubrey arrived home. Aubrey decided to invite Rama to live at the mansion to appease Rama. Jack set Shane up for a humiliating prank, but called it off when he received word that Todd had been shot. Loved ones gathered at the hospital as Todd clung to life following emergency surgery. Tomas managed to clean and dress his gunshot wound without anyone realizing that he was injured.

Nina threw a surprise birthday party for Chance. Sharon was determined to find Adam in Bangkok, so she used Faith's birth certificate to get a fake passport. Phyllis reported Sharon's fraud to the air marshals, prompting Sharon's arrest. In Thailand, Adam tried to befriend Koa. Anticipating his return to Witness Protection following the trial, Chance said goodbye to his loved ones. Kevin tried to find a way out of Hogan's gambling ring. Victor showered Diane with gifts. Billy and Victoria fought over her desire to be CEO of Jabot. Adam urged Koa to tell him the truth about Skye. At Pomerantz's trial, Chance received a message threatening Heather's life. Jana found the church where Daisy had abandoned Lucy. Heather was bound and blindfolded in a taxidermy shop. Nikki lied to Kay about staying sober. Phyllis flew to Bangkok to find Adam.
