All My Children

Miranda and Gabrielle's babysitter was revealed to be in cahoots with Erica's captor. Erica was forced to call Jackson to convince him that she didn't want to marry him. Erica was unsettled that her kidnapper knew so much personal information about her life. Ricky stepped up his game to get closer to Kendall and to eliminate Griffin as a threat. Kendall realized that Ricky was not who he seemed to be when he reassured her with the endearment of "sweetheart," which had been used in Zach's letter. Kendall was stunned when she found the original letter that Zach had sent to her and a flash drive in the yacht that she had once shared with Zach. Kendall showed Ryan what she had found and then confessed that she suspected that Ricky might have murdered Zach. Kendall decided to drop her sons off at Wildwind, to stay with Bianca, so that she and Ryan could uncover proof of Ricky's wrongdoing. Kendall enlisted Cara to create a diversion while Kendall helped Griffin to escape from the hospital before he was returned to jail. Kendall and Ryan urged Griffin to leave town to avoid capture. Griffin agreed, but he ordered Ryan to keep a close eye on Kendall. David suggested that experimental cutting-edge medicine might restore Angie's sight. Jesse didn't trust David, but Angie insisted that she was willing to take the risk if it meant that she had a chance to see again. Scott was turned down for a promotion because of his criminal record.

What happened during the week of

Katie and Bill sought couple's counseling from Taylor, and it did not go well after Katie blurted out that Bill had plotted a murder. Bill was furious and walked out on Katie and Taylor. Steffy told her grandmother that she was in love with Bill, and Stephanie discouraged the relationship, but Steffy showed up in Bill's office after his therapy session with Taylor. Steffy straddled him and Bill pushed her away at first, but he quickly gave in to Steffy's kisses. Hope and Oliver decided to resurrect their relationship, but Hope admitted that she still loved Liam. Ridge sent Thomas and Brooke off to Australia to announce the new Taboo women's line. Before they left, Thomas received visits from Dayzee and Madison in his office. Summer showed up to say her goodbye on the private jet before it took off. The Forrester jet pilots planned a course that would avoid a tropical storm, but the plane got caught in the storm and plummeted into the Pacific Ocean. Thomas and a barely conscious Brooke floated among the plane's debris. One of the pilots called out to Brooke and Thomas, and Thomas swam to find the pilot. Brooke appeared to lose consciousness and slipped underwater, but Thomas bravely searched beneath the surface and found her. He revived her amid the thunder and lightning of a brutal storm.

What happened during the week of

Bo, Hope, Lexie, Abe, and the entire Salem Police Department searched for Ciara and Theo. Lexie and Bo urged Stefano and Victor to let the authorities handle the search. Kate presented Philip with a taped phone conversation of Chloe's drunken behavior where she threatened to leave town with Parker. Philip confronted Chloe and abruptly decided to move to Chicago with Parker in tow. Chloe said a tearful goodbye to Parker and vowed revenge on Kate. Kate told Chloe that Chloe was responsible for sending Philip and Parker away. On the way to Fay's funeral, E.J. and Taylor's limo crashed. Emotions running high in their brush with death, E.J. and Taylor declared their love for each other. Nicole arrived at the crash site and almost caught Taylor and E.J. in a compromising situation. Nicole questioned Taylor about her letter to Fay and couldn't understand why E.J. and Taylor were acting so guilty. Carly's need for drugs continued as her emotional state deteriorated. Bo, Hope, and Justin seemed alarmed at Carly's near hysterical behavior regarding the search for Ciara and Theo. Adrienne urged Jennifer to pursue her feelings for Daniel. Daniel assumed that Carly's emotional state was due to her missing her son. Later, Jennifer was shocked to see Daniel and Carly sharing a kiss. Troy attacked Melanie and admitted that he was the hit-and-run driver that had killed Arianna. Dario arrived in time and saved Melanie's life. Brady identified Troy as Arianna's drug dealer from when she worked undercover. Dario and Brady had words over Melanie. Dario called fake Rafe and told him that they caught the man that had killed Arianna and begged him to go to the hospital. Fake Rafe lied and said that he had already left town, but he was really with Alicia, a woman he had just met at the Cheatin' Heart. Rafe escaped from his prison cell, hoping the "key" would lead him to his true identify. Victor and Maggie admitted that they were a couple. Maggie invited Chloe to stay at her home, unaware of how it might affect her budding relationship with Victor.

General Hospital

What happened during the week of

Sonny's children threw him a surprise birthday party. Suzanne placed a call to an unknown person, whom she instructed to tell Suzanne's grandson that "grandma's work here is almost done, and I will be home for good." Cell phone footage surfaced that showed Michael aiming a gun at Brandon. Diane warned Sonny that it would only be a matter of time before Michael was arrested for Brandon's murder. Dante and Jason suspected that Abby might have been responsible for Brandon's death. Anthony reached out to his attorney, Angela Dwyer, to tell her that Johnny might be asking questions about Brandon. Michael was shocked when Ronnie turned up on Abby's doorstep with an arrest warrant for Abby. Jason admitted to Sam that he was ready to start a family. Sam decided to make an appointment with Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee determined that Sam was an excellent candidate for fertility reconstruction. Carly was certain that a new baby would help Jason get past Jake's death. Elizabeth couldn't find the words to tell Lucky and Nikolas the truth about Aiden's paternity. Ethan told Johnny that Maya had returned to Philadelphia. Ethan had no idea if or when Maya would return. Kristina began to take Lisa's "herbal supplements," unaware that they were actually powerful narcotics. Johnny was shocked to arrive home to discover that Anthony had managed to find a way to be released from prison.

One Life to Live

Tess ripped into Viki, which resulted in Niki making an appearance. Natalie was stunned when she walked in on an argument between Tess and Niki. Niki was forced to follow Tess's lead by pretending to be Viki. As Viki, Niki confessed that she had tried to get Tess committed to St. Anne's for being a danger to others. Tess and Niki struck a bargain for Tess to secure custody of Ryder. Ford learned about the events that had led to the creation of Tess. Clint collapsed with a heart attack. Dorian refused to help until Clint admitted that Echo had known the truth about Rex's paternity. Clint gave Dorian the tape of the conversation that he had recorded of Echo begging Clint not to tell her secret. Gigi happily accepted Rex's proposal of marriage. Rex had conflicted feelings when he learned of Clint's heat attack and prognosis. Gigi resented that she wasn't invited to sit in on Shane's first therapy session. Jack was roughed up by some thugs. Shane was stunned when Jack revealed that Rex had told Jack about Shane's suicide attempt. Marty confessed to her therapist that Liam was John's biological son. Dr. Bohari reminded Marty that Marty had taken an oath not to harm others, so she urged Marty to tell the truth. Matthew admitted to Nora that he felt tremendous guilt for killing Eddie Ford. Starr learned that James had opened his home to his ex-girlfriend, so Starr invited Deanna to stay at La Boulaie.

In New Mexico, Adam identified the body with his mother's wedding ring as Sharon. Nick and Phyllis returned from St. Martins when they heard about Sharon's death. Victor flew Noah home from New York. Sharon met a veterinarian named Sam who gave her a place to stay on his farm. On their honeymoon, Malcolm saw Sofia's early pregnancy test. Neil was shocked to learn that Sofia was having a baby. Lily was stunned when Cane appeared and Lily was able to touch him. Gloria and Chloe were released from jail. Daniel walked out on Abby's television show. Billy discovered that Jana had gone to his bank, searching for a connection to Primrose. Nick, Noah, and Victor told Adam to stay away from Sharon's funeral. Angry about being shut out, Adam climbed to the bell tower to get into the chapel and speak the truth about Sharon. Daniel erased Kevin's hard drive to keep him from finding out that Lucy was Daisy's baby. Guilty over her fling with Nick, Phyllis avoided Jack. Sharon decided to let everyone believe that she'd died in the wreck. Agnes met Jana at Victoria's, where Agnes recognized the outfit she'd bought the abandoned baby among Lucy's giveaways.
