At a Glance
Engen was born in Apple Valley, California, and moved to Los Angeles while in junior high school. Having been driven to performance arts, Engen took up guitar at age 11 and has been a musician ever since.
In 2000, Engen landed a recurring role as Finn on the hit TV show Felicity. Soon after, he starred in the television series As If, landed a guest spot on CSI: NY, and a principle role on Saints & Sinners.
Engen has a starring role in the prequel to Easy Rider, titled Scarlet Cross, which is scheduled for release in 2009. It will be his first indie lead role.
Engen continues to play guitar and write in his spare time.
