Brief Character History
Helen Logan was the matriarch of the Logan family, affectionately known as "Grandma Logan." Helen knew that her son, Stephen Logan, had deserted his wife, Beth Henderson, because he felt he couldn't measure up to Beth's college boyfriend, Eric Forrester. Living alone, Helen one day opened her door to two men who followed her home from the bank and stole her Social Security money. Afterwards, Helen agreed to move in with Beth and Stephen's children, Storm, Brooke, Donna, and Katie. Surprised when Stephen returned to reclaim his family the following year -- and unaware that Eric's jealous wife, Stephanie Forrester, had engineered it to keep Beth away from Eric -- Helen joined Stephen and Beth when they moved away to Paris.
Helen was in attendance when Brooke married Eric's son, Thorne Forrester, in 2001. By 2003, Beth told Brooke that Grandma Logan had passed away.
