Following is a complete listing of each of the winners in the Outstanding Guest Performer category. This category was introduced in 2015 as a way to honor actors who offered memorable performances, but appeared only briefly on a soap. At its inception, Guest Performer nominees were not permitted to have appeared as their character in a previous calendar year. In 2019, Guest Performer nominees were permitted to have appeared in their role in previous calendar years, but in their nominated year they were permitted to appear only in certain number of episodes. That episode count was not made public.
