Flo felt disconnected from her Logan family, and Wyatt urged Katie to intercede on Flo's behalf with the Logans to get them to accept Flo into the family. As Hope, Liam, Finn, and Steffy grappled with the reality of the paternity test results, Thomas began to suspect that Vinny had had a hand in the answer the test had given. Thomas tracked Vinny down and demanded to know if he'd altered the test results. Finn confronted Liam about the way he'd treated Hope and Steffy over the years. Liam showed up and offered to take Steffy to her routine doctor's appointment, but Steffy advised him to focus on his wife instead.

Clyde was suspicious of Orpheus. John, Allie, Ava, and Belle each threatened to kill Charlie. Charlie told Nicole he would kill Tripp before he would let Tripp near Henry. Someone murdered Charlie. John told Marlena that he had suffered a rage blackout, and she took him to the hospital for tests. Rafe found Sami at the scene of Charlie's death. Lani was worried about "Kristen's" mental health. "Susan" refused to help Ben and Claire with a psychic reading. Ava admitted to Tripp that she was glad that Charlie was dead.

Carly was relieved when the FBI closed the case into Nelle's death without charging Carly. Michael and Willow took Wiley to visit Nina. Carly warned Nina to tread with caution, or Nina might not see Wiley again. Curtis decided to switch careers by buying a nightclub. Valentin and Anna discussed how to deal with Peter. Britt gave her mother a helping hand while Liesl broke into Maxie's apartment to dig up dirt on Peter. Liesl found the unopened envelope sent by D. Marick to Peter. Ava and Nikolas agreed that Ryan had sent Ava the ominous Valentine's gift and note, prompting Ava to pay Ryan a visit to issue a warning of her own. When Franco began to lose hair from the treatments, Cameron shaved his head as a show of support for his stepfather. Liz was devastated to learn that Franco's tumor remained unchanged. Franco decided to move out. Jackie tracked down Florence, but Jason and Martin worked out an agreement to keep Florence away from Cyrus. Laura and Lesley gave Cyrus some unwelcome news. Jackie persuaded Finn not to pick up the results of the paternity test from the lab. Brad reached out to Lucas. T.J. and Molly legalized their domestic partnership.

Abby accepted Devon's offer to serve as a sperm donor, under the condition that Devon be a part of the child's life. Amanda implored Devon to consider his rights when drawing up a contract with Abby and Chance. Amanda and Naya formed a tentative bond as they got to know one another better. Faith freaked out when a photo of Sharon and Adam kissing surfaced on social media. Sharon suspected that one of Faith's bullies had taken the photo, but Faith refused to name who her tormenters were. Faith opted to move in with Nick. Chelsea managed to grab Adam's phone and found the incriminating photo. Chloe discovered that Chelsea could move her hand and suspected that Chelsea needed help, but Adam cut their visit short. Sharon rejected Rey's pleas to go to therapy as a couple. Phyllis worried that a vulnerable Jack would fall prey to Sally's charms. Sally learned Jack and Gloria had once been involved. Jack asked Sally to dinner, and they later agreed it was a date. Billy and Lily considered acquiring Cyaxares Media, which Ashland Locke owned. Victoria warned Billy that Victor intended to take him down. Billy lashed out at Victoria when he learned that Newman was also pursuing Cyaxares, but he realized Victor had made the move behind her back. Sally sincerely cautioned Summer about how ruthless Bill Spencer could be. Kyle declined Summer's invitation to join her on a business trip and secretly planned to go to New York instead.
