Bill and Steffy pushed Liam to reunite with Steffy, and Wyatt asserted his interest in Steffy. Immigration notified Ivy that she had to leave the country immediately due to visa issues. To help Wyatt in his bid for Steffy, Quinn urged Ivy to ask Liam to marry her to remain in the country. Liam opened up to Ivy about his changing feelings for Steffy, and Ivy suggested that she and Liam solve the immigration problem with a wedding.

Chad suspected that Stefano had a reason why he wanted Chad to be with Abigail. To protect Abigail, Chad made her believe that he had only slept with her because he'd known he could. Paige wrote off Eve and J.J. for good. Eve schemed to get revenge on Jennifer through Laura.

Ava blackmailed Silas to keep her secret by threatening to reveal that he had kidnapped Avery. Ava paid Michael a visit under the guise of getting to know her "niece," so Michael agreed to let "Denise" hold A.J. Morgan tried to comfort an emotional Denise after her visit with A.J., which led to a heated kiss between Morgan and Denise. Morgan immediately regretted the passionate moment and blamed it on Denise's eerie resemblance to the only woman he had loved. Ava was stunned when she learned that Morgan and Kiki had rekindled their relationship. Sabrina confided her concerns about Rosalie being the mole at ELQ to Sam, so Sam agreed to investigate. Michael hired Jake as head of ELQ's security. Elizabeth feared that Jake's memories of his life as Jason would be triggered by spending time with Michael and the Quartermaines. Nikolas assured Elizabeth that everything would be fine because Nikolas had been working to secure control of ELQ. Kyle was heartbroken when Anna left town. Nikolas hired Kyle to obtain the majority shares of ELQ. Friends and family were stunned when Luke broke off his engagement to Tracy during the party. Luke explained that he wanted to try to make things work with Laura. Dillon and Lulu demanded answers, so Luke admitted that he had lied to Tracy. T.J. was arrested following an incident that had turned violent at Wyndham's Department Store, where T.J. had been wrongly detained.

The rift between Lily and Cane widened when she learned Cane and Lauren had kissed. Avery and Joe had a bitter argument, and she disappeared afterward. Phyllis and Summer discovered signs of foul play in Avery's apartment. The police found Avery's abandoned car, and Avery eventually returned to Crimson Lights, where Dylan encouraged her to fight against Joe. Joe attempted to have Avery arrested, but Dylan presented photos of the bruises Joe had caused on Avery's arms. Avery filed a restraining order against Joe, and Joe filed one against Dylan. An unseen Sharon spotted Dylan and Avery hugging, but she had faith Dylan would return home to her, and he later assured Sharon that he'd chosen her. Paul discovered that Mariah had been behind the reply to Kevin's GC Buzz post, but he let her go and decided to lure the killer out by fibbing to the press that the police had obtained Austin's tablet. Ashley suffered a seizure, and Stitch learned she had a brain aneurysm. At her family's urging, Ashley underwent surgery, and all signs pointed to a full recovery. Marco tricked Kyle into wiring Jabot funds to buy Jack from the cargo ship captain. Marco plotted to frame Victor for embezzlement. Jack revealed his true identity to Marisa. Jack started a fire on the boat, and the ship exploded. Marco informed Victor that Jack was dead.
