Jimmy was a boy who lost his parents in a house fire and was later adopted by firefighter Hector Ramírez, who saved his life. Jimmy was raised with his adoptive sister, Caitlin Ramírez. Hector was blinded in a fire, then disappeared from the canvas in 2006, and Jimmy has not been mentioned since.
