NATAS has released clips from this year's Outstanding Supporting Actor reels, featuring strong performances from The Young and the Restless' Mark Grossman (Adam Newman) and Bryton James (Devon Hamilton); Days of our Lives' Wally Kurth (Justin Kiriakis), Chandler Massey (Will Horton), and Paul Telfer (Xander Kiriakis); and General Hospital's James Patrick Stuart (Valentin Cassadine).

There's no shortage of entertainment in the daytime industry, where some of the most talented actors in the business deliver high-drama performances each and every day. But you don't have to take our word for it. The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences just released highlights from the submission reels of this year's Outstanding Supporting Actor contenders, so you can see for yourself just how talented these valued performers are.

As can be seen in the video (below), the snippets are just samples of each actor's full reel -- but just because they're short clips doesn't mean they're not incredibly riveting to view!

Check out the video to see Mark Grossman as The Young and the Restless' Adam Newman, who's in a confrontation with his father, Victor (Eric Braeden); Bryton James as Y&R's Devon Hamilton, who's speaking at his father, Neil's (Kristoff St. John), funeral; Wally Kurth as Days of our Lives' Justin Kiriakis, who's reminiscing about his deceased wife, Adrienne (Judi Evans); Chandler Massey as DAYS' Will Horton, who's trying to convince his husband, Sonny (Freddie Smith), to move on without him; James Patrick Stuart as General Hospital's Valentin Cassadine, who's being his usual vindictive self over a painting of Helena (Constance Towers); and Paul Telfer as DAYS' Xander Kiriakis, who's expressing his love for Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) and standing up to Ciara (Victoria Konefal).

As Soap Central previously reported, NATAS has also released clips from the reels that each of the four network soap operas submitted in the Outstanding Drama Series category; clips from the Outstanding Supporting Actress reels; highlights from the Outstanding Lead Actor reels; and clips from the Outstanding Young Performer reels.

The Daytime Emmy Awards ceremony will be returning to television via a broadcast on CBS on Friday, June 26, at 8PM ET/PT. For a list of nominations in the major daytime drama categories, click here. For a complete list of all nominations, click here.
