Robert Pattinson is a British actor, born on May 13, 1986, in London, England. He is known for his versatile performances in both mainstream and independent films. He began his acting career in the early 2000s and made his debut with Vanity Fair (2004). He gained attention for his role in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005) as Cedric Diggory. Yes, as there will be a sequel to "The Batman". Initially, "The Batman – Part II" was scheduled to be released on October 3, 2025. Unfortunately, the film's premiere has been postponed multiple times because the script is under process. The co-head of DC Studios, James Gunn, shared the reason for the delay on Threads. He wrote on his account, "The only reason for the delay is there isn’t a full script. Matt is committed to making the best film he possibly can, and no one can accurately guess exactly how long a script will take to write. Once there is a finished script, there are around two years for pre-production, shooting, and post-production on big films."

The good news is that Pattinson is confirmed to return as Batman in the upcoming movie. In an interview with Variety, Robert Pattison said regarding when the shoot would be, “I think at the end of the year? And I know what it’s about but I can’t tell anyone, but it’s like, it’s very cool. It’s very exciting.”

Director Matt Reeves even teased fans and gave away hints about the plot. In an interview with Variety, he said, "going to dig into the epic story about deeper corruption, and it goes into places that he couldn’t anticipate in the first one. The seeds of where this goes are all in the first movie. It expands in a way that will show you aspects of the character you never got to see."
