Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 4. That's when a host of familiar daytime faces will meet in one room for a charity event hosted by General Hospital's Nancy Lee Grahn. The event is titled Daytime Unites to Help End ALS and will feature stars from all four daytime dramas.

Grahn revealed the news on Instagram by posting a photo of the flyer along with the following: "Good morning. Soap stars unite across all of Daytime to gather to raise money for #ALS including almost every star from #General Hospital. Every cent beyond paying for event room is going to ALS. The concert after meeting and greeting the Daytime stars will be amazing. This event is the 1st of its kind. All payments for tickets are fully tax deductible. Please join us in Glendale, CA on May 4th. Tickets on sale now."
She ended her post with the pseudo-Star Wars refrain "May the 4th be with you."
ALS, also known as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, is a cause near and dear to the daytime heart. Soap legend Michael Zaslow, best known for his roles as Roger Thorpe on Guiding Light and David Renaldi on One Life to Live, lost his battle with the disease in 1998.
In 2024, GH's Gregory Chase, played by Gregory Harrison, has been diagnosed with this fatal degenerative neurological disease. It currently has no cure. On-screen, Grahn plays Gregory's close friend and confidante Alexis Davis.
