Quinn sent out invitations to her wedding, but only Wyatt, Carter, and Deacon showed up to celebrate. On the big day, Brooke took Hope, who was on a video call, to crash the wedding. During the call, Hope implored her father not to marry Quinn. Bill, Liam, Katie, and Ivy waited anxiously for Wyatt to sweet-talk Nicole into revealing "Rick's" big secret. Nicole's interest in Wyatt piqued, and while she questioned Maya about Wyatt, the conversation turned to Maya's secret. Liam eavesdropped outside the door and overheard the women worrying about the fallout that would ensue if the secret got out.

Tori admitted to John that he was Paul's father. John was angry with Marlena and refused to talk to her. Will was jealous of Sonny's friendship with Paul. Sonny pushed Will away. Kristen had been raising Theresa and Brady's child as her own. Kristen ordered Clint to deliver Theresa to her. Theresa was the only one who could save her and Brady's baby. Melanie told a shocked Brady he and Theresa had a child out there. Theresa and Nicole had a brawl in Horton Square. Brady asked Victor to help him find Kristen. Melanie made a risky move to be with Brady, even though he had told her to stay in Salem. Daniel and Nicole wanted to try to make things work between them. Kate used Victor to put a stop to Lucas and Adrienne's affair. J.J. and Paige made love. Eve went wild when she realized J.J. and Paige had been together. Jennifer was not happy that J.J. had had sex with Paige. Xander put the screws to Serena to get him the diamonds -- or else. Xander and Serena's attempt to get back the diamonds did not go as planned.

Michael and Nina were the prime suspects when Avery was snatched from the hospital. Nina denied taking the baby, but Franco had his doubts. Nina was hurt that Franco didn't believe her, but she assured him that she'd had nothing to do with Avery's disappearance. Franco decided to blackmail Ned by threatening to tell Julian the truth about Olivia's baby if Ned didn't hand over Ned's shares of ELQ. Olivia was stunned when Ned complied with Franco's demands. Ned tried to convince Michael to step down as CEO of ELQ, but Michael refused. Michael continued to have angry outbursts, prompting Sabrina to turn to Felix for help. Felix took one of Michael's allergy pills to have Brad analyze it. Kiki confessed to Julian that she and Morgan had drugged Michael to make him appear unfit to care for Avery. Bobbie persuaded Scott to agree to recommend that Luke receive treatment rather than jail time. Ellie arrived in Port Charles, hoping to rekindle things with Spinelli. Spinelli revealed that he and Maxie had decided to raise their daughter together as a family. Ava told Silas that she was ready to die, so Silas kept his promise by injecting her with medication that would end her pain. Nikolas discovered that Jason's wedding ring was missing from the safe. Pete approached both Ric and Hayden for hush money. Spinelli snapped a picture of Hayden and Pete shaking hands.

Someone continued to frame Sharon, and Sharon was arrested for murder. Joe was unable to feel his legs after his fall off the hotel balcony. Dylan was irritated when Avery opted to stay by Joe's side rather than defend Sharon in court. Michael distanced himself from Lauren by agreeing to be Sharon's guardian to get Sharon out on bail. Noah found Sharon holding Courtney's necklace as the police arrived with a search warrant. Kyle and Summer made love, but she told him she wanted to slow things down. Billy and Victoria independently discovered video footage of Jack entering their companies' server rooms at the times of the hacks. Victoria and Stitch drifted apart, and Stitch and Abby leaned on one another for support. Billy and Adam got into a fistfight. Chelsea spied Billy and Victoria sharing a kiss, and she reacted by sleeping with "Gabriel." Adam signed divorce papers from Sage. Chelsea suggested she and Billy get married right away. Nick offered Sage a job managing the Underground. Phyllis and Jack wed in St. Barts. An impostor took Jack's place while a deranged Kelly held Jack hostage.
