Brooke tried to reason with Hope about ending her affair and working out her marriage, but insisting that Liam was probably already begging Steffy, Hope became determined to be with the man who loved only her. Wyatt was surprised when Liam admitted that he'd kissed Steffy twice, but Liam insisted that it had been a mistake. Liam and Hope met to discuss their marriage, but reaching a stalemate about Steffy and Thomas, Liam and Hope signed divorce papers. Wyatt visited Hope to find out what was going on in her head. Finn examined Sheila before her trial hearing, and as he left, Sheila hugged him, causing feelings to stir within him. The Spencer and Forrester families gathered in a judge's chambers for Sheila's sentencing but were shocked when the judge threw out the charges due to an illegal search and seizure and improper surveillance techniques. Liam observed Finn hugging a newly free Sheila in the corridor.

Xander gifted Chloe a dartboard for their anniversary. Trask and Li bonded on their blind date until she ruined it. Alex interrupted Chad and Stephanie's romantic evening. Bonnie told Maggie that Sarah was dating Rex. Johnny told Rafe about Nicole's pregnancy. Li interrupted Tripp and Wendy. Sloan's pregnancy test was positive. Kate gave Paulina hope. Jerry told John and Steve that Lani had gone to rescue Abe from Whitley. The US Marshal tracked Lani's ankle monitor and found her body dumped on the docks.

Lucy and Felicia uncovered tantalizing information about Martin in Pine Valley. Dante insisted on helping Anna uncover who had left the threatening message on her door. Leo began to act up, so Tracy paid "Eddie" a visit and demanded that he go home and deal with the devastated family. "Eddie" was able to explain the situation to Leo in a way that Leo was able to accept. Gladys continued to undermine Sasha, and disaster struck when Sasha -- caught in the grips of a hallucination -- stabbed Cody. Sasha was arrested and sent to Ferncliff. Cody was suspicious of Sasha's sudden declining mental health. Alexis told Esme that no one trusted Esme, and Esme couldn't run from her past. Esme went to Pentonville to talk to Heather. Heather hinted that Esme had had a role in the deaths of Esme's adoptive parents. Everyone was overjoyed when Curtis woke up, but Curtis was horrified to realize that he was paralyzed. Portia told Spencer that he should end things with Trina because his living situation with Esme hurt Trina too much. Taggert turned to alcohol to ease his troubles. Molly and Kristina received a helping hand from Sam and worked through their problems. Carly paid Drew a visit, and he told her about his encounter with Cyrus. Sonny overheard a damaging exchange between Austin and someone that Mason owed money to.

Victor retook control of Newman Enterprises and demanded that Victoria, Nick, and Adam do as he told them. Victoria and Nick agreed to abide by Victor's wishes, but Adam walked out. Victoria and Nate celebrated, certain that McCall Unlimited would become part of Newman. Nick, Sharon, and Adam ultimately agreed to work together to change McCall's name to Adustus International and merge it with Kirsten Incorporated. Victor offered to think about Adam's proposal to fold Newman Media into Adustus-Kirsten. Sharon and Chance had sex. Kyle began working at Newman Media. Summer realized that Kyle smelled like Audra's perfume. Kyle confirmed Summer's suspicions that he was sleeping with Audra. Summer and Audra exchanged barbs over Audra's affair with Kyle. Christine rejected Heather's plea to drop the charges against Phyllis. Phyllis was released on bail. Tucker pressed Phyllis to fulfill her end of their agreement by pushing Diane over the edge. Tucker and Ashley separately attempted to incite an altercation between Phyllis and Diane, but they were disappointed when the women remained civil. Christine resolved to find out what Phyllis was hiding. Tucker found loopholes in the contracts from when Ashley had merged her company with Jabot. Ashley admitted that she was falling in love with Tucker. Billy gave Chelsea a bracelet to help calm her nerves on her first day at Marchetti. Chelsea lent a sympathetic ear to Summer.
