Originally from Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, Ms. Baker attended the University of South Carolina, receiving a B.S. in Business Administration. Upon graduating, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career.

Ms. Baker's television credits include: One Tree Hill, Surface, Campus Ladies, The Dead Will Tell and General Hospital: Night Shift. Her film credits include the sci-fi movie The Other Side.

When not working, Ms. Baker lends her time to a variety of charities including; Big Brothers Big Sisters, The Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation, The American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and L.A. Works. Adding to her accomplishments, Ms. Baker is also a singer and has traveled around the Southeast performing with her former band, Sold Out.
