Aiden John Turner was born in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, England on April 2, 1977. On Saturdays, Turner finished school at 2, but was then drawn to the rugby field to play against other schools until 5 o'clock. Aiden was in the "1st's team" for his school. At age 16, Aiden completed his "GCSES" (General Certificate of Secondary Education). Due to private schools then not having what he deemed "suitable" classes/subjects for him to take (physics, chemistry, economics, math, law, etc), Aiden decided to not take A levels. Instead, he chose to go to Culinary school from the ages of 16-18, not with the exact intention of being a chef forever, but he did love to cook dinner and desserts at home so much (mainly making a mess in the process), so it seemed to be the right decision. Whilst at catering college when he turned 17, he obtained his driving license, and worked part time at an American diner called "Sloppy Joes."

While in Hertford working, Aiden also developed another hobby, mixing music. At 18, after getting his city and guilds diploma for catering and hospitality, he then decided to work as a chef for 2 years for experience, during which time, he also taught himself how to mix music. This then led to a job DJ'ing at a night club. He saved up a considerable amount of money, putting half on a deposit for an apartment, and with the other half bought a round the world ticket.

He flew from London to Bangkok, Thailand, making his way by bus to Samui and Phippi Islands, then to Penang, Malaysia. Another bus trip led him to Kuala Lumpur, then a flight to Bali. He settled in Bali for a month, and saw amazing and beautiful sights, including volcanos, rice fields, and huts on the beach.

Aiden then found his way to Australia, where he was approached to do some modeling. During the days, he would go on "castings", then tending bar at night. Exactly one year later he had returned home to England, with a big welcome home reunion party with friends and family. After returning, to London, he was approached by a modeling agency called NEVS, where they literally "whipped him into shape." Aiden attended every single casting they gave him, making a good career for himself. Modeling is a job in itself, trying to impress clients to obtain the job, organizing self photo shoots to better his portfolio, but soon enough, he was searching for more of a challenge. Aiden took acting classes at the Method Studio Covent Garden in London. This then led to auditions for commercials, and small parts in televisions programs.

While continuing to model, Aiden was fortunate enough to travel to places like Milan, Germany, Barcelona, and Paris. One day, while traveling back from Paris to London on the Eurostar Train, he met an American girl named Megan from Atlanta, Georgia. Megan and Aiden began dating, and had a long distance romance. She eventually inspired him to "shoot for stardom" and he was hired to play Aidan Devane on All My Children. Acting Portfolio Dancing With the Stars
